UPDATED: Recommended: Best Interview So Far With Sidney Powell

Larry O'Connor (h/t sundance) has the most intelligent, informed, interview I've heard so far with Sidney Powell regarding the case she plans to bring within the next two weeks. O'Connor is well prepared and asks many of the right questions. He moves the interview along (just about 20 minutes) but allows Powell to answer fully. Powell for her part is quite forthcoming.

Highlights:

Powell is not plugged into any single theory of fraud--she recognizes several possibilities and combinations of possibilities. In that regard she discusses some of the evidence that has so far been gathered, while stressing that this process remains ongoing.

Between now and December 14 her goal is to have "the outline" of a case ready to file in federal court--it's a matter right now of coming to grips with huge amounts of evidence, and that process will continue.

She continues to state that she's appalled that DoJ/FBI hasn't seized all voting machines in every states and reiterates: the problems are not only with Dominion machines, but with all machines she's aware of.

Both parties have benefited at different times from the corrupt processes introduced into our electoral system by Dominion and related actors, who are in it for the money.

There should be no Georgia runoff that uses the current machines--there should be an injunction against proceeding with the current system in place.

She repeats allegations of kickbacks for adopting Dominion systems--specifically mentioning Georgia.

She addresses the question: If the fraudsters were able to manufacture ballots in sufficient numbers to match the electronic manipulation, why bother with the electronic manipulation? Her response is that it was necessary in order to keep the count proceeding. She points again to the counting stoppage in multiple swing states which, she says, was necessary because the Red Wave of Trump votes had gotten so far ahead of the fraudsters manipulations--the Red Wave "broke the algorithm."

O'Connor points out that everything that Powell has said about the Mueller/Flynn case has been borne out--her reliability is a matter of record. (Powell interjects that all has still not been revealed in that case.) O'Connor says this in the context of Tucker Carlson's accusations. Powell gives her account of her dealings with Carlson.

EXCLUSIVE: Sidney Powell

The Trump Campaign's legal team's lead attorney joins Larry O'Connor in an exclusive interview.

She tells Larry she is willing to stake her personal and professional reputation on the allegations she has made. She says the legal team has pictures of votes being manipulated in real time. She answers pointed questions about her allegations regarding the computerized voting systems on election night. She says Republicans have benefitted from these systems as well. She also says she would LOVE Dominion to sue her over her allegations so she can conduct civil discovery. She also responds to the charges made by Tucker Carlson on Fox News Thursday evening.

She says a whole lot more!  It's one of the most comprehensive interviews with Sidney Powell to date.

UPDATE 1: For a cogent defense of Trump's legal team and a response to the "Trump's lawyers don't know what they're doing" crowd, I suggest Sally Zelikovsky's article today at American Thinker: The Trump Team's Real Strategy. Zelikovsky covers some of what I've been saying--but in more detailed form and with additional argumentation. Excerpt--but read it all:

First, let me just dismiss outright any claims that Rudy is incompetent.  ...

..., I suspect the state court strategy (including all the legal maneuverings withdrawing and initiating suits) is about buying time and deflection -- using the system to launch suits that knowingly do not have a high degree of success but take time.

...  While attention is paid to the legal maneuverings around relatively insignificant cases, the real heavy lifting is going on with Sidney Powell’s leg of the investigation. Her claims involve broad, systemic fraud that could affect tens and hundreds of thousands of votes, maybe even millions. The state cases are penny-ante dalliances that might or might not have legs but, in any event, won’t change much in terms of the vote count. They do provide Powell with the cover she needs for a deep dive into these systems and gives her time to uncover the evidence Tucker Carlson and Erick Erickson feel entitled to have yesterday.

...

Assuming there is evidence, that doesn’t mean it is sufficient to turn the election or throw it to the Congress. Trump still might lose. At the very least, he will have outed the undeniable corruption in our election system and sown doubt as to the legitimacy of a Biden/Harris administration -- all which helps with the Georgia run-offs, the mid-terms, and a Trump campaign in 2024.

As to the claims that this is all a bluff or a conspiracy, one must ask who gains what? Trump’s attorneys have everything to lose, including their licenses for a scam on the American public. Nor does the President have anything to gain.  ...

Let’s hold onto what our reason tells us is happening and see where we are come December 14th which, in political years, is an eternity.

UPDATE 2: H/T TexasDude. I Know Sidney Powell. She Is Telling the Truth. Do yourself a favor and read it.

“ Sidney’s not one of those lawyers who works for people she thinks are guilty as sin.”

“ I don’t have that evidence, but the fact that Sidney Powell claims she does is enough to convince me. This is a woman who gave up years of income she could have earned in her profitable practice to write, print, and promote a book no publisher would touch. Its charges were too explosive, I imagine.

Its targets, like Andrew Weissman (the protege of FBI director Christopher Wray) wield too much power. Tellingly, none of the people Powell exposed in Licensed to Lie have dared to sue her for defamation or libel. She put herself out there as a target for such a suit by writing the book—with no publishing house’s attorneys on board to defend her. But no one did, I’m sure because her charges were absolutely truthful.”

  3. "She repeats allegations of kickoffs ..."

I think you mean "kickbacks." It wouldn't surprise me, though kickbacks per se do not seem material to the case at hand.

    1. The kickbacks play into the broader case regarding the deliberately insecure and manipulable nature of the election software--but only if you're looking at a broader conspiracy case. That does appear to be what she's looking at.

    2. @Palmer.

Kickbacks are perfectly relevant. In Georgia, for one, Lin Wood has definitively accused Kemp and others of corruption, taking kickbacks from Dominion. This would explain the outrageous behavior by a supposedly Republican governor. The kickbacks are relevant, too, on the question of why any state would allow such absurdly compromised machines and software to be used.

  4. Interesting thread by Rex on quodverum:

    1. It is now becoming clearer what Sidney Powell's focus is.

Remember, Powell is likely unable to reveal all (even if she wants to). She is a lawyer acting on client instructions. Not just that, I suspect that the evidence she has access to is classified at the highest level.

But we know that Powell has seen evidence that has STUNNED her. Perhaps even frightened her. It's obvious by her demeanor and speech.

    2. I have been concerned that Powell's main piece of evidence is an affidavit from a Chavez senior military officer.

Powell keeps referring to it as 'smoking hot'. My opinion has been 'it's interesting, sure. But if that is all she has, it doesn't prove anything in 2020. Why is Sidney going on and on about it?'

The tweet above answers my question. I think Powell is indicating that COMBINED WITH OTHER EVIDENCE, the affidavit becomes RED HOT.

    What other evidence?

    Check out Powell's tweet.

    3. Powell refers to Title 50 for the first time.

Title 50 (below) is a sprawling piece of legislation defining what POTUS can and can't do when the US is at war, or in a national emergency.

For example, Trump's EO 13848 was ordered under T 50.

Anyway, what I think Powell is pointing us towards is that there is a national emergency in place and that Title 50 covert operations are occurring behind the scenes.

There's a LOT MORE happening than any of us know.

    1. Thanks. Yes, interesting thread there.

On a very mundane level, there's good reason to believe that the seized servers contain classified information that the forensic experts will need to segregate from the raw election data. That will take time and may well account for Powell's timeline. The election data--at least in my off the top of my head view--should be available to both campaigns.

If her concerns are true this is a true NatSec emergency.

    5. Tucker = Icarus?

The Trump phenomenon is all about wresting power away from the Elites and returning it to the People. Tucker had best not forget that.

  5. Sydney Powell's seminal question is "where is DOJ/FBI" in all of this? If Barr closes up shop with literally nothing to show for the Durham investigation and the election fraud and theft, then we will have gone beyond the death of the rule of law in this country. A legitimate argument could be made that we no longer have a country. The consequences of a betrayal of that magnitude is truly incalculable.

  6. If there was electronic vote fraud, here is some evidence of it in Philadelphia.

I haven't verified the numbers he is using, but the evidence is pretty damning if the numbers he is using are in fact the numbers from the vote updates over time.

    1. Very interesting, indeed, Yancey--it answers a major question I've had, but haven't expressed here.

How is it that a total goofball like Jo Jorg in so many states got enough votes to throw the state to Biden? Because that's what the numbers look like--the votes for her seem to come from Trump, and thus throw the state to Biden. Yes, there's a big assumption there, but this guys analysis appears to show that that assumption is correct.

      Delete
    2. I've seen a similar analysis for other states, as well. The MO was to shift the votes to the 3rd party first, then distribute from there.

  7. The important thing at the end of Sidney Powell's interview:

Sidney Powell on Newsmax stated: “There is an insider in the DOJ that was on a phone call with AOC and Bernie Sanders along with 100 other people teaching them how to commit SABOTAGE in their government positions.”

With regards to this Sidney Powell tweeted an important correction:

  9. I can see from the presentation video how you can flip the votes, but how do they come up with the corresponding paper ballots required in case of a recount? That would require a substation coordination with the poll counting crews?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. In the interview Powell--as well as other researchers--suggest manipulation especially of mail-in ballots, but also absentee ballots and more traditional forms of fraud--dead people, etc. There are also reports of large numbers of seemingly pristine ballots that were pre-marked, i.e., perfect oval markings where normally pen or marker written ballots would have markings outside the circle, etc.

      Delete
    2. The system writes the ballots. Using a GUI, graphical user interface, it creates the ballot based on your selections. Easy peasy to manufacture illegal votes with this.

Another version or portion just tabulates hand done ballots. It takes a picture of the ballot and saves it. It is supposed to be a check in case of a contested election, but the electronic image is not saved by officials as attested by one of the first folks exposing this ... I forgot his name, it’s in this site somewhere. An Indian name, a Republican, MIT grad, etc.

      Delete
    3. Dominion Voting Systems (ImageCast X BMD) and Smartmatic (Smartmatic BMD) are Ballot Marking Devices (BMDs). A BMD creates FILLED-IN paper ballots.

The computers are generating filled-in ballots. Whoever controls the computers controls the elections.

      (trillions are at stake)

      Delete
    4. The process being described of manufacturing ballots necessarily would involve a number of people at each location involved in the fraud. Since changing votes is a felony, at what point would investigators be given access to election supervisors under oath. Looking at prison sentences
for a few day job would certainly seem to focus the mind on coming clean. I understand that the big picture fraud comes first, but knocking on some doors would rattle the lower levels in a major way. I am also still struggling with SP assertions re FBI and DOJ “on the sidelines”. Is it possible she would not know or is this a head fake? If govt. has “the servers” they presumably have the most direct evidence of fraud if it is there. I suppose all will become clear in next 10 days or so.

      Delete
    5. So, if these extra votes are created by the machines after the polls close, there would be a mismatch (counts) between the number of envelopes (with supposed matching signatures) from the mail in ballots and the actual final number of mail in ballots. Could you prove the fraud that way?

      Delete
    6. Yes, why they are fighting those audits.

    7. Anon, unless the envelopes are trashed.

"The process being described of manufacturing ballots necessarily would involve a number of people at each location involved in the fraud."

In her interview on Newsmax yesterday Powell said there would have been "thousands" involved in the fraud across the country.

Lots of screws to turn. No wonder she and Giuliani are obtaining "hundreds" of affidavits.

  10. 2 things from TGP ..

My headline for the first ... “Covid means no Constitution“

    https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/shocking-march-2020-chicago-election-board-approved-providing-remote-access-dominion-2020-election-many-election-boards-thing/

Yep, due to Covid fears, Dominion got remote access. This meant the system was wide open. This also aligns with the lack of access by poll and count watchers, especially Republican ones.

That segues into the second ...

My headline “Constitution overrules Democrats and Covid”

    https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/alan-dershowitz-president-trump-will-win-pennsylvania-case-court-video/

I believe, though, Pennsylvania’s election code was changed by the state legislature to allow for different treatment of mail in ballots versus in person ballots which further supports Trump’s Equal Protection argument above and beyond what the state court did.

Ed Wallace of the “Wheels” radio talk show on 570am in Dallas Fort Worth spoke today about Henry Kissinger. Wallace was talking about Kissinger’s role in negotiating peace with the North Vietnamese under LBJ. That didn’t happen in no small part due to Kissinger also helping Nixon’s campaign. That lead to many years of needless war and death.

The original point was, according to Wallace, that Kissinger taught his college students that it was better to do the wrong thing for social stability than do the right thing that may lead to chaos.

To support his assertion he noted that Kissinger recently stated Biden must work on relations with China that was frayed under Trump so a WWI situation does not occur.

Do the wrong thing so chaos will not happen.

This is highly ironic since Trump has not started any new wars all the while using military rhetorical bluster backed up by surgical military strikes to make his point and, at the same time, attempted to bring our troops home in defiance of many in the military and state department.

    1. I disagree.
Using logic then, the Constitution cannot support a negative. It never could as it is a bigger positive than a proveable negative and, retroactively, those measures were/are illegal. That element is fake Covid. It will crash along with the Democrats.

  12. There is a lot of cold anger among the Trump Supporters about this stolen election. It’s a game changer, and no matter what happens, there is a huge fallout.

For those eGOP that are perceived as aiding and abetting, I don’t think you will get primaried. For those supposedly conservatives and institutions, that are staying silent or worse, welcoming president Biden, this is destroying your credibility with Trump supporters. FOX News is an example of that, and look at the pushback on Tucker Carlson.

This is going to have huge repercussions in the GOP going forward. There will be a grassroots revolt against this GOP trying to go back to business as usual (before Trump).

Lynne Cheney getting the #2 position in the GOP house leadership was very shortsighted. Trumps latest tweet at her I’m sure is the first of many to come.

The comment of no GOP politicians being at the DC Trump march is huge.

Something very strange is going on with the Georgia Governor and SoS. Sydney Powell is hinting at kickbacks. I don’t think either will get a 2nd term.
