MAJOR UPDATE: Sidney Powell Is On The Case!

Sidney Powell appeared on Lou Dobbs Tonight ... tonight. She made some startling, yet perhaps not so startling, allegations. Here's what I mean.

You've all heard about the "error" in Michigan's Antrim County--which resulted in a reversal of the voting totals, resulting in the totals for Trump in an overwhelming pro-Trump county being assigned to ... Biden.

Do election officials really not check and double check that they have the totals right? Somebody--and Sidney will explain who that might be--apparently found that explanation unconvincing. So the Michigan officials came up with a second explanation--stop me if you've heard this one before: it was a "software glitch." Funny how those glitches seem to have Dem instincts.

That's about on the same same level of credibility as, The dog ate my homework. You know and I know that software for elections has been tested in every conceivable way before being approved for use.

So, here's what Sidney had to say. After the video--and unfortunately this is all I have, so I don't know what kind of followup there was--I'll provide my transcript:

And here's my transcript which draws from the full interview (h/t devilman):

DOBBS: Sidney let's start with this election process, we just heard from John Solomon that the FBI indeed is being diligent, is involved, and we all hope he is exactly right. Uh, your thoughts, first, about the knowledge now that the Justice Department IS involved in this review of the election.

POWELL: Well, I'm delighted to hear that. I think there are any number of things they need to investigate, including the likelihood that 3% of the vote total was changed in the pre-election voting ballots that were collected digitally, by using the "Hammer" program and the software program called "Scorecard". That would have amounted to a massive change in the vote that would've gone across the  country, and explains a lot of what we're seeing. In addition, they ran an algorithm to calculate votes they might need to come up with for Mr. Biden in specific areas.

I think that explains what happened in Michigan, where the computer "glitch" resulted in a change of votes of about 5500 in favor of President Trump [i.e., when the "glitch" had been corrected], just in one of 47 districts. All those districts need to be checked for that same "software glitch"--in quote end quote--that would change the result in Michigan dramatically.

The same thing is happening in other states. We've had hundreds of thousands of ballots mysteriously appear SOLELY for Mr. Biden--which is statistically impossible as a matter of mathematics. It can all be documented. We ARE putting it into materials that we will file in federal court, and we need to seek relief in multiple states to enjoin the certification of any election results.

...

“I think they were very broadly used, but not by the vote counters. They were used by the forces in the Democratic operatives that had access to these programs through the government access points that they have. And they used it illegally to change votes in this country. It's got to be investigated probably by the president's most trusted military intelligence officials who can get into the system and see what was done. But we do have some evidence that is exactly what happened. And they've used it against other entities and other countries. It's just been turned recently against our own citizens here to change election results. It's absolutely appalling that that can be done. And whether it's called ‘computer glitches’ or something else. Somebody has actually gone into the system and changed voting results.

DOBBS asks whether POWELL will go to the courts and the Justice Department and say, This is the way it was done!

POWELL: Well, we've been trying to get their attention and we're gonna try even harder. We'll have to put it in a federal lawsuit, apparently, and get as much of it out as we possibly can. We have some excellent witnesses on the issue. But, this is Coup 5.0, Lou. I mean, there was no reason to think that the Democratic operatives who spent hundreds of millions of dollars creating the Russia Hoax, the Steele "dossier", taking us through a Special Counsel operation for two years, trying an impeachment hoax, the Apocalypse hoax, the obstruction hoax, wouldn't go so far as to create every means of voter fraud that they could come up with to steal this election. That's exactly what happened. The president must fight back now with every way, shape, or form. We cannot let this republic be stolen by the Democratic operatives who want to destroy the republic and make it a socialist country where they continue to line their pockets with these backdoor global deals like the Biden laptop from hell exposes.

I find it very hard to believe that a lawyer of Powell's standing would risk her reputation by making serious allegations of this sort without a solid basis. Obviously, if true this is a bombshell development.

Here is the sum total of John Solomon's reporting on FBI involvement. Solomon's reporting doesn't explicitly touch on computer related issues, but it's unlikely that any Bureau sources shared that amount of detail with him:

The FBI is investigating allegations of election fraud in Detroit after a city worker stepped forward and claimed election workers were asked to backdate ballots that had come in after the election deadline had passed, multiple officials said.

A senior law enforcement official in Washington confirmed that an investigation was opened after the whistleblower's concerns were forwarded from the Michigan Republican Party. "The FBI is investigating," the official said.

Obviously the big question is, Where did Sidney Powell get this information? She must be confident in it, so was it from someone in DoJ--she's been dealing with them for months now. And just as obviously, if Sidney knows it then Team Trump has had the same knowledge for ... a lot longer. "A lot" being relative to developments.

UPDATE: Funny how this works. Each of these states--with the sole exception of AZ--has a Dem governor. Can't be too careful, I guess:

  1. I feel very good with Sidney on the case! She's one of the few people who make me feel that way. She knows how to figure out the game quickly, put it into a solid and simple legal argument, and goes all out in her advocacy. Not many lawyers have that total package, but she sure does! Go, Sidney, Go!

She'll have no problem going for the proper remedies, and proper referrals, as well. And present them so they make sense....invaluable. Everybody instinctually knows what happened, but very few can articulate in the proper legal theories, with the tenacity of a sharp terrier taking a bone from dozing mastiff!

    1. It would certainly explain some of the very confident statements we've heard from the Trump camp. Statements that suggest strongly that they know something. Perhaps leaking it through Sidney might induce some key people to flip. God, I'm prayin'.

    2. I worry about those "proper remedies". Even if you can prove that manipulation occurred how do you set the results back to where they should be? If you can't then what happens to the election? You can't just have a do-over. And any attempt at correcting things will trigger a massive backlash.

  2. I can see how Powell might have some friends in the Pentagon due to her dogged defense of Flynn. I can also see some higher brass and stars who might try to set her up.

  3. Hammer and Scorecard are supposedly CIA created programs meant to alter election results by an unnoticeable amount.

If true, and with Sidney Powell’s record on Flynn of being right on lots of unbelievable actions, sounds like the deep state would do anything to defeat Trump.

This should've been obvious, no later than when Schiff failed to reply to Nunes' rebuttal, to Schiff's response to Nunes' original memo.

"Knowing what we now know about the fighter who is our president, what is the likelihood that he – knowing what to expect and then telling us he knew it was coming – would not do anything about it, or have any plan to counteract and capitalize on it? Answer: zero"

"The President doesn’t not convey any sense of worry – even now. He reminds me of the Cheshire cat. What does he know that we don’t know at this point?

Consider this: what if he’s been playing the long game on the issue of voter fraud all along by setting a trap to expose massive Democrat voter fraud in multiple states as a conspiracy/RICO crime with an objective of changing the US voting system to remove any possibility of fraud/corruption?"

Great article. Which makes some very good points. I would add...

Since Trump has known of the weaknesses and vulnerabilities to fraud inherent in mail in balloting for a very long time, and because he, of all people, would know that the Conspirators are utterly desperate, wouldn't he have anticipated this latest stunt and have a plan to deal with it? I would note that Robert Cahaly has been predicting fraud in Pennsylvania publicly for a few weeks now. Wouldn't the Trump Team have known of this serious risk for even longer?

It looks like the criminally challenged Hillary Clinton knew the fix was in as early as August. See: https://www.politico.com/news/2020/08/25/hillary-clinton-joe-biden-election-advice-401641. She told her pal and former aide Jennifer Palmieri in a pretend arm's length interview that "Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances because I think this is going to drag out."

While Clinton purports to be warning the world that Trump would try to 'steal' the election by 'going after absentee voting', an appropriately cynical reading suggests that she is simply laying the groundwork to again accuse Trump of doing exactly what the Dems were going to do.

Isn't this exactly the same game plan as the roll out of the Russia Hoax in the summer of 2016?

According to the article, "Hillary Clinton is predicting Donald Trump's reelection effort will be a messy affair, and the former Democratic candidate has some advice for Joe Biden: If the race is close, don't concede."

If the race is close, don't concede. Did Mrs Clinton not exactly telegraph the Dem fix? If the race is close, don't concede because there will be additional ballots and you will win.

If I were Bill Barr (who I hope and assume is on top of investigating this latest Dem hoax) I would assume this conspiracy also goes to the very top. Since they knew it was coming, hopefully they have them dead to rights.

I'll not be shocked, if Durham rolls out big busts at a key time in this process, e.g. before SCotUS issues key rulings.

  6. If the software truly did have a "glitch," that would have the potential of bringing Michigan (and other states using that software) into the Trump camp. Game over. But I wonder if the Antrim County clerk used "software glitch" as a means of deflecting accusations of voter fraud. We have to wait and see.

  10. Is Trump running a sting operation?

I don't know who is Steve Pieczenik, and he's speaking here on InfoWars, so .... , anyway, he's saying "they marked every ballot with a QFS blockchain encryption code, so they know where every ballot is and where it went and who has it".

    also,
"Dept of Homeland Security controlled "official ballots" production. Dems print extras, not knowing about non-radioactive isotope watermarks on "official ballots". Military sting operation"

I don't know if the blockchain watermarks are the same as the isotope watermarks.... if not, then they seem contradictory.

Sounds fascinating, but judge for yourself.

    1. Ballots are printed by state and local officials. It would be impossible for the Trump administration to control this and do what Pieczenik suggests. This kind of clap trap harms our cause because then legitimate concerns about the election get lumped in with this crap and it all gets discredited as coming from “nutters.”

  11. I would not be surprised if Trump did not attempt to do some sort of sting operation as Anonymous says. But so far a lot of the reports on this that I've read have telltale signs of being bogus-nonexistent URLs and domain names, etc. I'm not discounting the possibility of such an operation, but what I've read about it seems to be from sources fabricating a story they want to be true. What's being alleged to have been done to track ballots "should" have been done--hope it turns out to be true.

I'm sure General Flynn, even out of office, knows the right questions to ask and who to go to. He could be a big help to Powell navigating these issues. Sidney does not speak of such things without having some basis for it, so I for one plan to follow the issues she has raised.

    1. I agree. Some of what Powell is saying sounds more speculative than evidentiary--avenues to be pursued that she wants DoJ to follow up on rather than things she actually knows for sure. They probably wouldn't confide in her if they were doing so.

  12. I had to go back and listen to this interview a couple of times and think on what Sydney is saying out loud, both implied and factuality.

I'm uncertain if most would understand the idea of what this software is and what its reportedly designed to do.

Hammer is/ was supposedly a product of Dennis Montgomery (probably revised a few times by now). It's designed intent was to crack databases and extract data in mass. I could see where this would be very useful in "read" function if you were trying to keep an eye on very fast moving big data to gauge it's accumulation real time.

For the record, because of some of the data Dennis publicly gave a few of the victims before handing the software over to the FBI in 2015(?) I do believe Hammer is the real deal and does exist / work as reported.

Scorecard's reported intent was to fractionally move or rearrange votes within the data tables to give a known predetermined result. The trick is how it performs this task.

The change is done after the votes have been cast, collected, scanned and saved as a data file at the precinct level. That file is then uploaded into the larger state database and that is where the software takes hold in remixing the data.

Between the precinct data "read" and the state data table "write" the data is changed by percentages. The timing of that is critical to avoiding audit entries that would/could later be reviewed if you were to attempt to "change" the already tabled data in the state database.

I think that is where the "glitch" talking point is coming from that Sydney was referring to. If you go back and read the original story where the district official explaines how the data "glitched" when they attempted to import the already saved district file into the state database.

That story has now changed a lot and it's being reported that this wasn't software issue but a ballot change human error that led to the "glitch".

I'm not completely convinced that is correct because in reading the election officials quotes a few days ago what was described wouldn't work the way they are now claiming it did and the error would have been seen before trying to import the data.

You leave the district knowing your precinct count totals, then when trying to import them realize they are changed?... If you didn't hand count then first, how would you know that? If you did hand count then first you would know the vote totals were wrong before ever leaving the district and why would you try to import them?

    It doesn't add up...

I've seen Sydney speak shit (I'm failing to find a better word) to push talking points as attention grabbers. When she does she usually speaks in theoretical terms vs factual terms like evidence, witnesses and putting it into filings. There were a few times during the Flynn case where she said some things that made me think "yeah right, no way" and low and behold, bam! There it was in the filing as an exhibit.

    The woman doesn't play...

Like everything in this situation it's hard to know what to believe but if we have IC operatives using CIA software to hack (that's the correct term) a US election I'm uncertain how the DoJ is going to belly flop into that subject. There would be more classification / cross departmentalization issues involved there than there is in the Durham / FISA situation.

IMHO leveling Langley to the ground and sifting through the rubble for evidence would be faster than getting them to admit they own the software.

    Wow 2020... My brain hurts.

    1. Think about who is in charge of the CIA currently...Allegedly, POTUS wants to remove Haspel. 13. As a software engineer, we need to find out what version of software the voting machines were using. How are the voting machines updated e.g., USB. How was the error caught e.g. error light come on. It seems from what we have heard, that the vote counting function could not perform arithmetic which seems preposterous. There is no way we can accept the vendor just saying "We fixed it". Every voting machine will have to be tested by a 3rd party who develop their own test procedures. We need a full blown investigation to get to the bottom of this.
