UPDATED: The SCOTUS Gets Another Chance

Yesterday, in a rather astonishing moment for a major media show, Maria Bartiromo made the following statement:

An intel source told me President Trump did, in fact, win the election. He says that it is up to the Supreme Court to hear suits from other cases across the country to stop the clock. This follows the high court’s refusal to hear the lawsuit from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

It's not often in life that you get repeated chances to get something right, once you've screwed up big time. I'm pretty much on board with Robert Lopez (Will America Split? History Says ‘Yes’):

The curious case of Texas v. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was a short-lived but portentous controversy. Forty percent of the states joined forces to challenge the presidential election results maintained by roughly another 40 percent of states, with roughly 20 percent of states caught somewhere in the middle. The Supreme Court punted the case.

The Supreme Court seems to have made peace with its own irrelevance vis-à-vis the irremediable schism between two halves of the country.

Nevertheless, the SCOTUS--courtesy of the indefatigable Sidney Powell--is getting yet another chance to take a serious stab at fixing our broken constitutional order (h/t TGP):

Am I holding my breath? Of course not.

UPDATE: Looks like the SCOTUS is gonna take a pass on more chances to get it right:

The Antrim County Audit Of Dominion Voting Machines

This is a hot story this morning, so I'll just offer this quote--since I can't think of anything original to add:

Michigan Voting Fraud accusations are supported by the Dominion Voting Systems Forensic Examination report from ASOG!

The deep dive forensic exam of Dominion Voting System machines and software conducted on-site December 6, 2020 in Antrim County, Michigan and still continuing today, has resulted in damning accusations of hard evidence and several smoking guns of intentional vote manipulation- and fraud!

The 22-page preliminary report compiled by the 7-member team from Allied Security Operations Group can be read here in it’s entirety [i.e., at the link].

Top Bombshell takeaways from the report—
1.) ASOG’s bottom line is found on page 1: We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.

A quote from Vox Populi--to me, the missing logs are especially damning:

  • The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of 1 in 250,000 ballots (.0008%). We observed an error rate of 68.05%. This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity.
  • Significantly, the computer system shows vote adjudication logs for prior years, but all adjudication log entries for the 2020 election cycle are missing.
  • Likewise, all server security logs prior to 11:03pm on November 4, 2020 are missing. Other server logs before November 4, 2020 are present, therefore, there is no reasonable explanation for the security logs to be missing.
Tabulations. The columns are Date, Registered voters, Total voters, Biden voters, Trump voters.

Thomas More Society Files Lawsuit In Michigan

The Thomas More Society is seeking to prevent the leftist Secretary of State from certifying the election, claiming that over 500K ballots were cast illegally in the state. PJ Media has the details:

Michigan Illegally Counted or Ignored 500K Ballots, Lawsuit Claims

In the wee hours of Thanksgiving Day, the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society filed an explosive election lawsuit asking Michigan’s Supreme Court to prevent Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson from certifying the election results until the Michigan legislature can fully investigate fraud claims and to force election officials to hand over all election materials to the legislature for this purpose. The lawsuit claims that officials illegally counted or threw out no fewer than 508,016 ballots, far more than Joe Biden’s 154,000-vote margin over Donald Trump.

“State and local officials brazenly violated election laws in order to advance a partisan political agenda,” Phil Kline, director of The Amistad Project, said in a statement. “The pattern of lawlessness was so pervasive and widespread that it deprived the people of Michigan of a free and fair election, throwing the integrity of the entire process into question.”

Once again the Amistad Project is drawing attention to the role of Mark Zuckerberg. In Michigan, unlike in some other states (WI and GA) it is not alleged that this was illegal per se, however the argument is made that Zuckerberg's money disadvantaged areas of Michigan outside Detroit and specifically advantaged Democrat interests. The argument is that it was "improper" for the municipal government to engage in blatantly partisan politics by accepting the money:

Amistad Project Files Suit In Michigan

Unfortunately, at this point I haven't seen the complaint, so I can't say how much this suit may have in common with the suits that the Thomas More Society's Amistad Project has already filed in WI and GA. However, I view this as good news, because thus far the legal steps the Amistad Project has taken appear to be well thought out and based on solidly ascertained facts. John Solomon's Just The News provides a summary, but I expect there's much more to the suit:

"The pattern of lawlessness was so pervasive and widespread that it deprived the people of Michigan of a free and fair election, throwing the integrity of the entire process into question," said Phil Kline, Director of the Amistad Project.

Among the specific areas that the suit focuses on is, unsurprisingly, an absentee ballot initiative undertaken by the SoS, Jocelyn Benson, in violation of state law:

Instead of heeding the process contoured by the Michigan Legislature, Benson sent "unsolicited absentee ballot applications to every household in the state without verifying whether the intended recipients were still residing at the same location, whether they were eligible to vote in 2020, or even whether they were still alive."

Fascinating Interview: Lou Dobbs Talks To Russ Ramsland

I've linked a 5 minute interview by Lou Dobbs of Russ Ramsland, from the Allied Security Operations Group. Ramsland has been digging into the issue of election fraud--computerized fraud--for several years. He began his research--as I understand it--following the 2018 midterm elections in Texas and Kentucky and has since expanded to other states.

In the video below Ramsland discusses the situation in Michigan. He points out that to do a correct analysis you need to know exactly what version of the machines were used in any given precinct, because different version of the machines have different characteristics and capabilities. He obtained the serial numbers for the machines that were used in Michigan, then focused on four counties. Those counties had voter turnout that appeared to be prima facie impossible and also saw very large spikes in votes--mostly for Biden. According to Ramsland these spikes are "physically impossible", because the machines in use were not capable of processing the given number of votes in the time period indicated.

If true, this should obviously prove to be a very significant finding. Ramsland estimates that the number of votes involved is between 225K and 400K. That's important, because courts will not generally look at such anomalies unless the numbers involved could lead to reversing the outcome of the election. These numbers, even at the low end, are well past that threshhold.

H/T TGP.

Ramsland also stated that his team has been concentrating on Michigan but is now "turning our sights" on Georgia.

What I find so fascinating about this interview is that it shows how forensic data analysis can build a pretty convincing case for fraud, one that goes beyond statistical analysis alone. I'm not knocking statistical analysis. However, to be able to tell a court--We targeted what appeared to be statistical anomalies in four counties in Michigan, and subsequent analysis confirmed that those anomalies were actually physically impossible--builds a strong basis for arguing that similar statistical anomalies in other states should be presumed to, at a minimum, require closer examination. If not a presumption of fraud.

PA And MI Updates

I know everyone is picking up news here and there. However, Red State has three particularly worth updates on what's going on with election fraud research - investigation - litigation in PA and  MI.

First, Pennsylvania. The update is handled by Shipwreckedcrew. Please note in the title the words "New Lawsuit". This lawsuit is in addition to the lawsuit that is already being addressed by the SCOTUS:

New Lawsuit By Trump Campaign In Pennsylvania Challenges Handling of Mail-In Ballots in Seven Counties -- Seeks to Prevent Certification of Outcome

You may have seen earlier today that Lindsey Graham was pointing a finger at the way mail-in ballots were handled at PA nursing homes--25K mail-in ballots. The article doesn't discuss that, but that situation may be one part of the new lawsuit.

The article itself is long and detail dense from a legal standpoint--the complaint is over 100 pages long. I won't try to summarize it, but these excerpts should give you a good overall idea of what's going on:

MAJOR UPDATE: Sidney Powell Is On The Case!

Sidney Powell appeared on Lou Dobbs Tonight ... tonight. She made some startling, yet perhaps not so startling, allegations. Here's what I mean.

You've all heard about the "error" in Michigan's Antrim County--which resulted in a reversal of the voting totals, resulting in the totals for Trump in an overwhelming pro-Trump county being assigned to ... Biden.

Do election officials really not check and double check that they have the totals right? Somebody--and Sidney will explain who that might be--apparently found that explanation unconvincing. So the Michigan officials came up with a second explanation--stop me if you've heard this one before: it was a "software glitch." Funny how those glitches seem to have Dem instincts.

That's about on the same same level of credibility as, The dog ate my homework. You know and I know that software for elections has been tested in every conceivable way before being approved for use.

So, here's what Sidney had to say. After the video--and unfortunately this is all I have, so I don't know what kind of followup there was--I'll provide my transcript:

And here's my transcript which draws from the full interview (h/t devilman):
