UPDATED: I Can't Actually Confirm This

I've been hunting around for several hours now, trying to confirm a Sidney Powell retweet, without success. Normally I'd consider Powell to be a reliable source for this type of information, since she's on Trump's legal team, but I'd like to see more about this.

Here's Powell's retweet:

Obviously, if true this is a very big story. However, I have no idea who Alpha OmegaEnergy actually is.

As for the German words, I can't tell you where they come from. The meaning is as follows:

Something big is coming. The Spanish software firm Scytl, which sells vote-rigging software worldwide that was installed in the US, is directly in the crosshairs.

The server for the rigging was in Germany (Frankfurt).

Shame on anyone who draws evil conclusions from this. [Ein Schelm, wer Böses dabei denkt is the German version of Honi soit qui mal y pense.]

Tonight the server was seized by a large contingent of the US Army.

You can find much more on AOE's full thread here. However, all that follows what I've included in Powell's retweet actually pertains to a story from July. That story illustrates what Powell has said about Scytl--that it seems to be a rather dodgy company--but doesn't appear to have a direct bearing on the election--Germany seizes server hosting pilfered US police files. Here's the intro:

BOSTON (AP) — At the behest of the U.S. government, German authorities have seized a computer server that hosted a huge cache of files from scores of U.S. federal, state and local law enforcement agencies obtained in a Houston data breach last month.

The server was being used by a WikiLeaks-like data transparency collective called Distributed Denial of Secrets to share documents — many tagged “For Official Use Only” — that shed light on U.S. police practices.

As you'll see, there is no mention whatsoever of Scytl in the story.

Tonight Powell told Lou Dobbs that "I'm going to release the Kraken." Is that a reference to any of the above? She says nothing at all about it.

Newsmax has taken note of the report, but hasn't confirmed it:

You can follow this link, but it won't actually tell you any more than you've seen here already.

So I just am not sure what to make of this. If this seizure hasn't happened then Powell shouldn't be doing this retweet.

UPDATE: FWIW, here's Lin Wood and Louie Gohmert. Wood sounds very confident, but no particulars. Gohmert seems to be working off the same info above--rather sketchy:

Biden & his criminal cronies are not going to sleep well tonight. Well, Biden might because he probably forgot the name Scytl.

His co-conspirators know name well. They also know the name Paragon, company which purchased Scytl in 10/20.

Every will be revealed.#FightBack https://t.co/AxYVSqjaIs

  1. Perhaps something was swapped in and out in the raid this summer, and collected now by US MPs?

And it wasn't exactly WikiLeaks, but another leaker, BlueLeaks, doxxing US Law Enforcement.

    1. But no real confirmation. Plus, what doesn't make sense is the military doing this--it should be German authorities handing it over to US civilian authorities in Germany--FBI has offices there.

    2. Healthy skepticism is warranted.

But, conversely, if you don't trust the FBI then it makes sense to use the military - after you've purged Deep State loyalists.

Of course Germany still has to be involved - military can't just march into a local data center and take stuff - so that would entail presenting evidence and conducting negotiations.

While this seems sketchy right now, ten days to accomplish this is not a long time. It could suggest Trump's team was ready for it rather than the defensive posture that seems to characterize all the other legal actions.

    3. "what doesn't make sense is the military doing this"

Right. Somebody has probably seen too much Hollywood nonsense.

    4. You can't just take your pick. The military isn't law enforcement for purposes of investigating election fraud. Germany won't turn property over without legal process, and that means DoJ/FBI, IMO.

  4. I think if even if this is true, it just doesn’t matter. I want to be wrong with the very essence of my being regarding not mattering.

Even if Trump lays out a factual account, a lot of people, including many in my family, will outright deny it and refuse it as truth. If people refused to accept the Russian Hoax as a real hoax currently, which many people do, they will not believe anything that counters that, period. It’s reinforced everywhere. I know MENSA members who to this day accept the hoax as fact.

I do think Trump is the last gasp of our Republic, but Trump is not gone if he loses. I fully expect the US government, SDNY, etc, to go after him and his family as they currently are, but full bore. If he can survive that, then we have a chance.

While the GOP appears to be more Trumpian, way too many want Trump gone. The belief that the Republican electorate voted Trump out, but loved his policies is beyond credible. The belief that a smooth talking Republican will have the same fire in his belly is just not evident from any current Republican in office anywhere.

    1. TexasDude I think what Sydney Powell was trying to signal to all with eyes to see is that NOW is the time to stand up because if this fraud is not exposed and defeated, how can we expect that it will be exposed / defeated the next time. Ms. Powell is a serious woman. She would not claim Trump won the election in a landslide as some kind of desperate attempt to help him win the PR war. Witness the curious lack of discussion or interest in this mysterious "shy Biden" voter. These Republicans who supposedly "hate" Trump so much they will vote for the dem who wants to usher in the green new deal, BLM cabinet positions, Iran as a Middle East Partner and Critical Race Theory as a centerpiece to government contracting. Where are all these people who didn't come out to vote for Obama but sure as hell came out to vote for Joe Biden. Oh, I'm sorry, mailed their ballot in for Joe Biden. I have family members, close family members who are liberal. I struggle with the implications of these events every day. But if we don't stand up for justice and the rule of law and against wholesale fraud, and stand up now, we're never going to stand up.

  5. At this point, I am going to quit chasing these sorts of stories. My impression right now is that these are death throes of those of us who hoped Trump would win- this leads to increasingly bullshitty stories that such a person might with to believe since nothing else seems to be advancing the cause.

    Just my impression.

    1. Yancey, I assume that Sidney has some staffer handling her twitter account for her--for the most part. But going with this type of stuff is a bad look and makes Trump's challenge look in line with your characterization.

    2. That said, his legal challenges do have a strong basis, IMO.

    3. The problem, though, is that Trump needs to turn 3 of the states he lost. If he could have overtaken Biden in the 1st Arizona count, I would be more hopeful, but he didn't. Right now, I think Trump is drawing to a one outer- proof that Biden's margins are all dependent on an electronic vote theft, but I don't think the Democrats are that stupid. The only way that happened is that the Democrats underestimated how much fraud they needed in physical ballots and did that very stupid fix.

  8. Utterly irrational that the U.S. Army can "raid" anything in Germany except possibly a chicken fight in the basement of 7th Army HQ. The Occupation expired a very long time ago.

    1. There would have to be some legal process by which the US could obtain the property from the Germans. I could see the Army helping out with transportation, for example, but I would have to expect that the FBI--which has offices in Germany--would be the primary people involved for chain of custody and forensics, which would be done here.

    2. If true, this would almost certainly be a German Federal Police action with Legal Attaché (FBI) accompanying. US Army? Can't see it. But you know where armies routinely perform law enforcement actions? The same place this concocted story originated, wherever that may be.

  9. She sounds pretty hinged to me. Pretty full of righteous anger. Don't think she is bluffing. As for desperate, I've spent 4 years watching the entirely corrupt DOJ more or less act with impunity. They don't seem to regard the rule of law as a thing over and there. I think ms. powell finds that quite exasperating. I think it is leading to totalitarianism. I don't we can afford to look away any longer.

  10. Is it possible that a presidential election was used as the Mother of All Stings? And that the voter fraud, which is so blindingly obvious to Mainstreet USA, was allowed to happen for the sole purpose of "catching them in the act" and garnering indisputable evidence that will lead to indictments and prosecutions on a scale never before seen in US history. If true, then the Deep State may have shot itself in the foot by trying to shoot the moon.

    Pray that it is so.

    1. I agree Wood sounds very confident. Gohmert appears to be referencing the same stuff I've pasted in above--although he does also reference info from "former intel people."

    2. Toward the end he does say "I don't know the truth."

      Delete
    3. Ghomert said they contacted him first to see what he needed before they seized the servers... and he relayed what he needed.

Why would they ask Ghomert? What function does he have that they would need to ask him?

      Frank

    4. Gohmert is talking about "former" intel people--IOW, non-official actors. Then he specifically states that OTHER people seized the servers, presumably official actors since he speaks of "the Germans", i.e., the German government allowed official actors to conduct a seizure. That's what Gohmert is saying.

  14. Between Yancey and Texas suggesting its time to throw in the towel (as did Geraldo Rivera on Hannity tonight -- who said he had spoken directly to Trump) I can get pretty low. But then I watch Sidney Powell on Dobbs and -- I have hope again! I am not giving up.

Dobbs asked Sidney if there is time left to save Trump's election. She didn't directly answer the question (which is concerning) but she did say that she has found evidence of enormous crimes and that she will chase the felons down no matter how long it takes and bring them to justice. So maybe it is too late to turn around the election. I'm not giving up...just wondering what is actually do-able at this stage.

I found myself thinking that maybe what Trump needs to do is to step aside momentarily and let the justice system work. Let Durham (or a special counsel) do his job with Russia Hoax indictments or report or both...let the Hunter Biden laptop/China/Biden Crime Family conspiracy unfold and bring down Biden (literally or figuratively)...let Giuliani and Sidney and others expose the Election Fraud (criminal cases can be brought by Republican state AGs if not by USAs). If at the same time we can hold the Senate, damage between now and 2022 can perhaps be minimized. Trump could play a little golf, recharge his batteries (although they probably don't need much recharging) and then ride down the Trump Tower escalator with Melania again in 2023. In this particular thought exercise, the Trump landslide in 2024 is overwhelming.

    1. The problem is this is really the end game. If allowed to stand, the same type of fraud will secure the Senate for the Dems in '22. After that, end of filibuster, packing the court, say hello to new states DC and Puerto Rico, and the list goes on. Much as I how, I don't pretend there's an obvious home run for Trump right now, but they're playing for keeps.

    2. Well, I didn't write "throw in the towel", but I see increasingly these stories with no predication at all getting spread on Twatter. The stories are becoming more detached from reality as the week has gone on. At this point, I suspect a lot of this is active disinformation tactics from the Democrats. Don't play their game- don't react to it in ways that discredit us.

  15. I am not saying not to reveal all, including all with the Russian Hoax, but if so, it will be the closest thing to a civil war as it gets with the Dems, again, starting it, that is, if you believe we haven’t been in a low grade war over the last 4 years.

  16. Was reading about this yesterday. My impression was this SCYTL is affiliated with Dominion voting machines and that SCYTL had its servers in Germany seized back in 2016; something to do with Hillary's votes.

  17. I want to take one more step out onto this ledge. Lin Wood tweeted out tonight, "They also know the name Paragon, company which purchased Scytl."

Paragon is the name of the company that operates the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) here in the US. They would know vacant homes (if they can be shown any time / unoccupied), who just sold a home, if someone just moved into state, if someone just left.

It's too strange that would be the perfect repository of the exact kind of information that this scheme required.
