Where Do We Stand?

NOTE: I'll be out of pocket periodically today--starting about now. Rest assured, I'll review and enable comments as quickly as possible. I really appreciate the in put and assistance I've been getting.

After a very active day yesterday, I want to try to take a very brief snapshot, a wide angle lens type view of what we may be seeing in this continuing coup via election fraud.

Several commenters have been offering valuable insights, so I want to acknowledge their input as well as draw attention to their speculations and information.

Yancey Ward writes this morning about seeming changes of what Dem operatives are doing in Pennsylvania. He tries to arrive at an understanding of what's behind this.

Sidney Powell's interview with Lou Dobbs--and related matters of election fraud--drew a lot of attention.

devilman, as it seems to me, focuses mostly on Michigan, which is the state that Powell referenced most explicitly. Like me and other non-specialists he arrives at the common sense conclusion that the Dem shifting narratives of "glitches" and "clerical errors" don't really add. Rather, they lend credibility to accusations of election fraud.

Cassander this morning, working off material from other commenters, paints a big picture of the leadup to this incredible attempt to hijack a national election. He concludes, among other things, that we had ample reason to see this coming. It was pretty much like the approaching light at the end of the train tunnel.

Finally, Mike Edmonson sheds light on technical aspects and capabilities underlying all this. He does this via an hour long video presentation on how election fraud can AND DOES take place. I highly recommend this video presentation. I'm only 10 minutes in but, already it's helping me to understand what we're confronted with.

Among other things, in addition to describing the pigs breakfast that is our election "system", the video draws a very basic distinction--one that I've observed in what I just wrote. That distinction is this:

1. Voter Fraud - traditional mostly physical fraud; theft or destruction of ballots, filling out multiple ballots; voting dead people or non-residents; the traditional Dem stuff. This is the type of fraud Jonathan Turley highlights in Nevada--and I highly recommend following Turley's twitter feed for his legal oriented input. It's very accessible to the layman as well.

2. Election Fraud - involves tampering with the Central Tabulation and Server components of the "system." This can be done remotely as well as by the official custodians.

All of this adds up to what Turley calls "systemic" problems--problems that can't really be addressed on the level of individual ballots because the system has been so corrupted as to be utterly unreliable for purposes of verification and review. Turley (see the linked post) argues that these systemic problems (of various sorts, as commenters have noted) rise to the level that courts are more likely to take cognizance of. We can argue about the proper remedy--recounts, redos, rough and ready remedies like excluding ballots based on criteria such as date or method--but it's important that these matters are put in front of courts ASAP. A complete review by DoJ would simply be too time consuming--although very necessary in the aftermath, hopefully.

In the meantime, based on what we're seeing--things like the resumption of counting in AZ, recounts projected in WI and GA, challenges and revelations of gross fraud in MI and PA and NV--I have to wonder. What I wonder is this. This coup by election fraud was clearly highly coordinated. Sidney Powell masterfully reviewed the information war that has been waged against Trump from before his inauguration:

But, this is Coup 5.0, Lou. I mean, there was no reason to think that the Democratic operatives who spent hundreds of millions of dollars creating the Russia Hoax, the Steele "dossier", taking us through a Special Counsel operation for two years, trying an impeachment hoax, the Apocalypse hoax, the obstruction hoax, wouldn't go so far as to create every means of voter fraud that they could come up with to steal this election. That's exactly what happened.

While all this had the short term objective of removing Trump instanter, it also can be viewed as "preparing the battlefield"--the election. In all this we see clear signs of Deep State coordination: The MSM with its drumbeat of constant attempts to delegitimize Trump and conservative perspectives, the Tech Oligarchs who dominate social media with their censorship of conservative voices, the coordination with those forces and Dem politicians on both the national and state levels to enable the violence that has ravaged our cities, the obstruction of Dem judges. It was all highly coordinated and fed directly into the attempted hijacking of the election.

The goal as I still see it was to attempt to force a relatively quick concession from Trump. This has failed, and with the increasing complexity of events and revelations the Dems who ran the elections are starting to appear ever more clearly like children caught with their hands in the cookie jar. The relentless censorship and disinformation isn't stopping the flow of real information.

There is still hope. Events remain largely opaque to us, but there is still hope.

  1. Here is a good github link for following the counts in the un-called states. They scrape the data every few minutes from various APIs, and the expanded table shows all the vote updates in each state over the last 3 days. You can see the trend change I noted last night in PA- Biden is suddenly not growing his margins as quickly any longer.

For the record, I have no idea where they get the "vote remaining estimate". Given their main source is claimed to be the same source the NYTimes uses, I thought it would be simply calculated using the NYTimes "% of estimated vote counted"- i.e. 97% where you divide that into the total vote counted and then subtract the total vote counted from the result of the division. I did that just now, and it doesn't give the same results. Also, one can note that the estimates are not continuously declining- some odd behavior that is like due to new votes coming in from somewhere- see Georgia to get my point.

    1. Powell says they have sophisticated algorithms to calculate 'votes needed to win', which isn't so different from 'votes remaining.' Multiple algorithms.

  2. Overall, though here is where things are going to stand with regards to who is ahead and where:

Biden is going to leading in WI, MI, PA, GA, NV for certain, and will likely also be leading in AZ barring a miracle.

Basically, to win the election, Trump needs to win PA, AZ, and GA as the best opportunities on a statistical basis, but could plausibly overturn the results in WI, MI, GA, and PA (NV, too) on the showing of massive vote fraud.

I am not terribly hopeful at this point. If Trump can pull out AZ and GA, he can at least make the argument in court that MI, WI, and PA's election integrity is not a moot issue as to the overall outcome, but if he can't win AZ and GA, then as far as winning reelection, the midwest states no longer matter- he would only be pursuing the case for the principle itself, which is good enough for me, but might not be for a judge.

I don't really give any credence to the "Big Sting" operation- it sounds fantastical to my ear because I would desperately want it to be true, and I always check myself when things I desperately want to be true are suggested to me.

    2. Mark, I'm guessing that you're being facetious here.
I'll quite bet that, among DJT's arguments will be, that so many of these states turned so quickly (after counting was halted), that all those results are so suspect, that "drastic" remedies are the only way to restore trust in the electoral system (until drastic reforms are instituted).
Were SCotUS to duck such an argument, it would be inviting c. 1/2 of the public to start secession mov'ts, official or de facto.
I'll bet that you can think of similar angles, which don't jump to my mind right this instant.

I can see that, and don't really know one way or the other.
But what's the alternative - to think that Trump and his circle knew this was coming for months at least and did nothing to prepare?

We've seen for 4 years now that every time the Dems played games and tried to bring him down that he knocked them back, at the end of each episode. Unreasonable to say that was all just luck.

It seems reasonable to think that Trump and allies did have plans and will win at the end of this episode.

  3. Barnes law had 7 indicators of fraud in this video:
    https://bayourenaissanceman.blogspot.com/2020/11/the-statistical-evidence-for-electoral.html?m=1

The 7 Indicators of Potential Fraud Per the above video of Barnes Law:

    1. Sitting on ballots. Amazing how this was only done in contested cities that are Democratically Controlled. This way they see the needed margin and can give the needed votes.

    2. Voting Turn Out Disparities. Unusual turn out in contested cities, compared to other comparable areas. There is very higher turn out compared to other cities that are his. Compare Cleveland Ohio to Milwaukee.

    3. Unusual vote margins in these cities. Biden is getting a higher percentage of votes for Obama margins.

    4. Historical Anomalies. More voters voting than registered.

    5. Massive amounts of ballots being reported. Some areas had 200% turn out.

    6. No evidence of over whelming voting in these areas physically in photos. Other comparable areas had below average turn out. African American voters are more excited in Milwaukee than Cleveland?

    7. Ballots only with Biden's name on it, about 100,000 ballots. This is not happening in uncontested states. The reason is this way other candidates won't challenge the results.

Note - it was hard to figure out what the 7 items were, since he stopped saying the number after 4.

Unfortunately election fraud is hard to prove in court per the video.

    1. Jack Cashill made the point yesterday that African American turnout in Milwauckee didn't really seem extraordinary and that the high turnouts seemed to come from elsewhere--via fraud. That fits in with the overall lack of enthusiasm for Biden that was well documented.

'Unfortunately election fraud is hard to prove in court'

That's the importance of Turley's observations re 'systemic' problems. If you can show systemic problems you can ask for more remedies with wider reach--or at least that's what I would expect.

  7. Well, with Arizona's three morning updates, Trump's chances of overtaking Biden have greatly improved- most of the estimated remaining vote should now favor Trump even more than this morning's dump of votes.

One item that might not be so fantastical for me to not entertain it is that Trump's allies in the tossup states would hold back on some of their vote totals in secret as to not give the fraudsters in the cities a target to aim at. It something I would suggest as a strategy given how all these Democrat cities seem count next to nothing all night on election day, and only start counting in the early hours of the next day once the rest of the state has reported the "number to beat". Still, probably too much to hope for.

Also, Fox is claiming that DJT's family is urging him to hang tough, as if that's the main obstacle to him folding.
And, Fox claims that he is holding for a few days, hoping for some court victory to help justify him hanging tough.
I don't see any such victory to be urgent, until a Mitch or a Lindsey moves to emulate Goldwater.

What's going to happen? Maybe a couple of "protests"? Remember Charlottesville? About 1200, old folks mostly, normies show up to protest cancellation of R.E. Lee. Permit legal, albeit forced by a court order. Minutes before official start time Richmond police chief, some say on orders of the Governor, declares it an unlawful assembly and forces all 1200 out one gate and into a 3 city block long gauntlet (some estimates run as high as 4000) of Black Bloc, Antifa, and assorted other miscreants. In the ensuing melee some screwball, ostensibly representative of the "Right", behaves stupidly. What's the narrative now culturally embedded? That enough "official" violence was not visited on the normies, leaving it up to Democrat irregulars to mete out punishment for having the audacity to show up.

Well we got all the guns! 1) not necessarily. 2) who you gonna shoot? Your next door neighbor?

Davos Man, to borrow Mark's taxonomy, has a goal; a plan; multiple organizations; virtually all institutions; a butt load of money; hundreds, if not thousands, of simulations; hands on experience executing Color Revolutions in at least a dozen "democracies"; and decades to put it all together. We have what? The 2nd A, with nothing resembling a plan, much less leadership, on how to apply it without simply to devolving to 6th century European rules of who-ever-is-most-brutal-rules-absolutely-as-far-as-he-can-project-superior-force. Well if there is one thing the Left has never shrunk from it is proving itself the most brutal monster on the field. The other side has internalized completely Mao's infamous, "Political power comes from the barrel of a gun."

The blatant stealing of this election pretty well demonstrates that Davos Man basically doesn't give a rat's ass if we get our collective panties in a twist. They showed up intending to win and their game plan is not going to be deterred by a political tickle-fight.

But, the game of most of them is, to play the "Oppressed" gangbangers into doing the dying (once the going actually gets rough), while the Snowflakes still sip their lattes.
Once the Deplorables show real spine, Davos Man will see that he faces more than "a political tickle-fight".
"Remember Charlottesville?" Yeah, so don't go to such rigged situations.
But, what if cops in (all?) Blue cities went on strike?
Could, say, Pritzker get the Nat'l Guard to respect the Use of Force Model, or go to cops' homes to arrest them for "illegally" striking?

  11. Gripping stuff, esp. on Color Revolutions, but this one is by far the most complex ever attempted.
For starters, recall thew famous Napoleon aphorism, on how the Moral is to the Material, as three is to one.
In this post, I'll address some of the Moral.

More and more of the Deplorables now see this as an existential struggle, such that they'd rather see their 401Ks spanked for a while, than be stomped by Leftist/ feminist/ atheist boot, forever.
Most of them have family, for whom they really care, for both material and spiritual reasons, and will tolerate much temporary financial pain, to protect their progeny/ local community.
Most of them believe that, now or in the Hereafter, Almighty God will provide, if they do right by His Commandments.

Whereas, most Lefties implicitly adhere to Lennon's Imagination, of "all the people living for Today".
I'll bet that the Sil. Valley brass will sue for peace, before they let their (firms') stock prices disintegrate.
Many, perhaps most, Lefties happily Virtue Signal, as long as that's *chic*, or where the fix is in for them (as in Charlottesville).
But when their 401Ks get spanked, I suspect that many will accept SV suing for peace.

The Dems are desperately trying to avoid the House getting to pick DJT, e.g. via riots, and lockdowns of GOP social media/ web sites.
At some point, it’ll be impossible to hide such lockdowns from the whole world, with potentially deadly consequences for Sil. Valley (e.g. these firms’ stock prices).
It’s looking more and more, like the choice the Dems face is, allow the legal process to do its thing, or provoke the Mother of All Financial etc. Crises.
I quite doubt that Sil. Valley will risk rioting to get so bad, that the web outright collapses.
