Who Rules? Free Speech And Vaxxing

There's a very important article at The Federalist this afternoon. It details the censoring by Youtube of testimony before a Senate Committee. Obviously Google feels it has such a stranglehold on video content that it is able to censor a US Senator--in effect, put him in his place and let him know who really rules.

The senator in question is Ron Johnson, and the subject of his hearing was early treatment of Covid. Johnson understands the implications of this action by Google--it's an escalation of the Oligarchy's suppression of free expression:

“Social media censorship just ratcheted up to a new level. Google’s YouTube removed two videos of doctors testifying under oath at my US Senate hearing on early treatment of COVID. Another body blow to freedom of speech and expression. Very sad and scary. Where does this end?”

The article explains what was going on at the hearing. Six medical professionals were testifying about the early treatment of Covid. One doctor, Dr. Pierre Kory from Milwaukee, testified about the effectiveness of early treatment with Ivermectin--a topic that is gaining increasing attention around the world. The video of Kory's testimony was one of two that was deleted by Youtube for "“inappropriate content”:

Dr. Pierre Kory, a professor of medicine at St. Luke’s Aurora Medical Center in Milwaukee, ... testified during the Dec. 8, 2020 hearing on the effectiveness of the “anti-parasite, anti-viral drug, anti-inflammatory agent called ivermectin” as a COVID treatment, ...

What could possibly be "inappropriate" about a medical professional testifying before a US Senate committee about an effective treatment for the Covid pandemic? The problem I see is this. If people get the idea that there are effective treatments for Covid--a fact which has been ruthlessly suppressed until now--they might not feel any need to get vaxxed. But the the policy of the Oligarchy is that everyone must get vaxxed--over and over and over. There's a lot of money riding on this, money that flows to the Oligarchy. There's also the matter of the Oligarchy's investment in the 'vaccines' as a social control measure with implications for the future of the Great Reset and its New Normal--the vaxxing regime is a necessary step in acclimating the subjects to following orders without question. Even US senators are not allowed to get in the way of all that by raising awkward issues.

This is where we are in America. Don Surber, writing near the end of a blog about Gamestop, sketches out what I referred to earlier today as "the last 50 years":

The elitists gutted our Midwest in the 1970s and shipped the jobs to Mexico and Japan. Reagan tried to reverse that, but he was hobbled by the Republican Party. The Bushes, Clinton, and Obama followed, and the jobs moved to Red China because slave labor is cheaper than paying a worker $13.50 an hour to make widgets.

The American economy lost trillions. We know that because Red China's economy gained trillions.

We elected Donald Trump president and Washington went into open rebellion. Federal employees sabotaged his administration. The elitist insurrection shut down the economy, printed money to keep Wall Street's fortunes rising, and still had to rig the election to get him out.

It started with the legal tools to allow the Wall St. Oligarchs to stripmine the Middle Class--that's the meaning of the Gamestop protest of the peasants against Big Finance. But it's all tied together--Big Tech, Big Media, Big Finance, Big Government, and the Deep State. The instruments of social control were developed through cooperation between the Deep State and Silicon Valley. Those instruments of social control were used in repeated attempts to sow fear and hysteria on a worldwide scale: climate change, Russia Hoax, etc. Now the Deep State and Globalist overlords believe that with Covid they can see light at the end of the tunnel--the breakout to the Great Reset and New Normal. Trump slowed the Globalist program down and the Oligarchs don't want a recurrence of that sort of thing.

The feeling on the part of the Oligarchy that they're on the cusp of a big breakout explains the unprecedented and relentless surge of Executive Orders under the puppet Zhou Baiden regime, and the equally relentless and brazen campaign to suppress all dissent. It's gotten to the point that even the NYT is expressing reservations about substituting Executive Diktats for legislation. I remain cautiously hopeful that this overreach will prove the undoing of the Oligarchs, and the light they see at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be the peasants bearing torches.

  2. I use a topical Ivermectin to worm my cattle. I wonder if a guy just squirts some on the head and down the back for covid relief??? It does have a nice purple stain going for it. (sarcasm)

    2. Nope. Here you go:

Ivermectin is an FDA-approved broad spectrum anti-parasitic agent (Gonzalez Canga et al., 2008) that in recent years we, along with other groups, have shown to have anti-viral activity against a broad range of viruses (Gotz et al., 2016; Lundberg et al., 2013; Tay et al., 2013; Wagstaff et al., 2012) in vitro. Originally identified as an inhibitor of interaction between the human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) integrase protein (IN) and the importin (IMP) α/β1 heterodimer responsible for IN nuclear import (Wagstaff et al., 2011), Ivermectin has since been confirmed to inhibit IN nuclear import and HIV-1 replication (Wagstaff et al., 2012). Other actions of ivermectin have been reported (Mastrangelo et al., 2012), but ivermectin has been shown to inhibit nuclear import of host (eg. (Kosyna et al., 2015; van der Watt et al., 2016)) and viral proteins, including simian virus SV40 large tumour antigen (T-ag) and dengue virus (DENV) non-structural protein 5 (Wagstaff et al., 2012, Wagstaff et al., 2011). Importantly, it has been demonstrated to limit infection by RNA viruses such as DENV 1-4 (Tay et al., 2013), West Nile Virus (Yang et al., 2020), Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus (VEEV) (Lundberg et al., 2013) and influenza (Gotz et al., 2016), with this broad spectrum activity believed to be due to the reliance by many different RNA viruses on IMPα/β1 during infection (Caly et al., 2012; Jans et al., 2019). Ivermectin has similarly been shown to be effective against the DNA virus pseudorabies virus (PRV) both in vitro and in vivo, with ivermectin treatment shown to increase survival in PRV-infected mice (Lv et al., 2018). Efficacy was not observed for ivermectin against Zika virus (ZIKV) in mice, but the authors acknowledged that study limitations justified re-evaluation of ivermectin's anti-ZIKV activity (Ketkar et al., 2019). Finally, ivermectin was the focus of a phase III clinical trial in Thailand in 2014–2017, against DENV infection, in which a single daily oral dose was observed to be safe and resulted in a significant reduction in serum levels of viral NS1 protein, but no change in viremia or clinical benefit was observed (see below) (Yamasmith et al., 2018).

  3. We have had, in limited form, but in full today, de facto government censorship via social media. It has morphed, though, to banking and will go further.

  4. Ron Johnson (RoJo) is the #1 target of the Left in the '22 Senate election. They've been running hate-screeds disguised as "news" in the local Pravda for 6 months already. Some carpetbag Democrat (Bucks owner's kid) Lasry is thinking of a run and he can spend millions of his own money if necessary.

Frankly, RoJo is (maybe WAS) a very obedient servant of McConnell for 8 years. Only reason they want to take him out is because WI is such a tight state in terms of red/blue split.

  7. "the policy of the Oligarchy is that everyone must get vaxxed--over and over and over."

Why would that be their policy? I understand the suggestion that they might be just conditioning us for whatever else they might want to do in the future. But I can't help but wonder if there's more to it. Like the vaccine itself. Is it doing, or is it going to do, something they're not telling us about?

Commenters have posted a couple of links here recently to videos expressing real experts' discomfort with the virus, and noting that, somewhere down the road the consequences could be devastating. Is this part of Gates' population control effort?

If you get the feeling that I don't trust "them" any more, well, . . . .

  8. I know that it looks dark right now - and it is. But I also keep coming back to several fundamental truths that lob a little lump of hope into my hope bucket.

First, the people who were behind the mindless obsession to 'get rid of Trump at any cost' have a breathtakingly myopic, hopeless misunderstanding of why DJT was elected (twice) and is so widely supported.

These feckless Democrats, Wall Street billionaires, limousine liberals, mainstream 'media' and the rest of the American 'elite' (and their globalist amigos) have deluded themselves to actually* believe* they can RULE a population without consent - and that's just not reality.

Not only do they not understand America, her history nor Americans, their lack of understanding of WORLD history is just...it's just unimaginable how little they really know.

Second, the same treasonous cabal still have absolutely ZERO clue that their very nature - billionaires, ruling 'elites' and especially those who by any measure are 'big corporatists' - is objectively antithetical to the Marxist/Socialist ideology, those they've slept with (leveraged) in order to get DJT out of office.

The minute they jumped in bed with violent Marxists, started tacitly approving the looting, arson and murder, they signed their own death warrant.

The Dems have already started brushing them aside.

You think what we saw last summer was violent? It's a matter of time before the same people Camel Toe Harris bailed out of jail comes for her, and the rest of the Dem establishment.

The Democrats have no room to maneuver now - none. All they can do is attempt naked power grabs via executive order, attempt to stack courts, etc. Virtually everything they've done in the run-up to the coup has been extraconstitutional.

It's going to hurt, but I just don't see how their entire house of cards doesn't come crashing down around them - soon.

    3. Yes. Impossible to understand, but so many people seem to regard their Big Tech overlords as impersonal and benevolent, rather than as identifiable persons with malevolent, anti-human, ideology driven agendas. Modern life creates the illusion of making daily living easy and convenient--which it is in many ways--but at a steep price in terms of living a truly human life without surrendering your humanity. People refuse to understand that this is an ongoing process that started centuries ago with deep philosophical roots. That's what this blog tries to be about. The name wasn't chosen at random.

    4. Mark - I think that for many people are still feeling around in the dark. Most, naturally, don’t want to let go of their past normality. Most couldn’t accept that the gov’t had been captured by a foreign ideology and has been, for generations now, working against the aspirations of ordinary Americans. I see that as a major problem for Trump himself. He in many respects had the outlook of an ordinary American: that the problem was merely weak or mistaken policy, not a nefarious agenda. It took him a full two, possibly three, years to accept how thoroughly corrupt, incestuous, and degraded the interagency is; then a year or two to see his way to a course of action against the leviathan, which is so huge that its very form is obscure. Not to take away from his many accomplishments, but he only began to be truly effective the last 6 months or so when he became somewhat more aggressive about replacing/elevating voices in his Admin. Example: Fauci should have been removed last February. Let him draw his $475K pay check as Decontamination Czar on Anthrax Island, just get him out from in front of the TV cameras. Trump never really understood that, while bureaucracies have virtually ironclad protections for team players, there are always side doors built-in by the bureaucracy to dead-end/muzzle nonbelievers that can be used to advantage. He doesn’t think like a bureaucrat, and that is a two edged sword.

Likewise for many millions the Big Steal was the final bucket of cold water and they are now searching for their personal means of resistance to the illegitimacy of the entire system. The recent Wall Street Bets group action is a beginning. They will no doubt be labelled by the WH as white supremacists and be shut down, possibly charged/indicted with Obstruction of the Great Reset or some such (a million instant sentences will be a good start for grandpa Zhou’s social credit Gulag), but I think there will be many more systemic challenges to come. As was once upon a time taught to U.S.N. Officer Candidates – “Beware the white-hat for he is a wily creature that will bear watching at all times.” Sooner or later the Underground will develop a better understanding of itself. It’s a matter of when, not if.

A major lesson Tribe Davos failed to learn from history is that a “monopoly of violence” is not remotely the same as legitimacy in governance. They may be billionaires but both Machiavelli and Solzhenitsyn would agree that they are poorly educated.

    5. Dave, they are in incestuous bunch. Live in an echo chamber that they view as secure. Their safe place. I was appalled to see what the Russians took away from Biden’s phone call to Putin. The one Peter Doocy (Fox) tried unsuccessfully to get information about. (Biden childishly brushed him off with a smart aleck comment and hustled off the podium.) It seems that Joebama may have agreed in principle to something that could be very, very bad.

      https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2021/01/off_to_a_bad_start_putin_schools_biden_with_one_phone_call.html

Biden has no business negotiating with anyone, certainly not in a one-on-one phone call. And I imagine that by the time, a short while later, when Doocy asked him about it, he’d forgotten what had been said. (In another article it was revealed that the introductory remarks he makes about those EOs he is signing are written on note cards..)

      He’s a very loose cannon.

    7. Tribe Davos may well be right, that a “monopoly of violence” can overcome a lack of legitimacy in governance, as long as the DS etc. goons stay loyal to Awokenness, and are willing to, if necessary, liquidate all opposition.
Only if the lack of legitimacy erodes the goons' willingness to liquidate all opposition, will that lack start to matter.

    1. HCQ is one of the most widely used drugs in human history and is on WHO's list of ESSENTIAL medicines--Top Ten. Its use and side effects (few and far between) are well known--it's one of the safest drugs in such wide use. What's going on is criminal and speaks loudly about where we are as a society. I believe it has a similar action to Ivermectin--it's in the same class of anti-microbials.
