Nevada Judge Orders Inspection Of Voting Equipment

There's a lot going on--more than I can update here--and I have an appointment this morning. However, a notable development occurred last night in Nevada, where a judge ordered Clark County officials to allow an inspection of voting equipment:

Separately, on Lou Dobbs last night Sidney Powell stated that she has seen a "tape" from a voting machine from CA that showed 550 votes cast by 270 voters. As it stands, we have to treat that as basically anecdotal, but it illustrates the importance that could attach to examining machines and documentation from the election.

ADDENDUM: Powell also noted that a Dominion server was removed from Fulton County to an undisclosed location even as she was seeking a court order to freeze the server in place. It appears as an example of bad faith on the part of the local officials that should result in a negative inference.

  1. Brian Wilson, a former Fox reporter, is the morning show anchor at Nashville's 99.7 WTN talk station. This morning I caught him saying Trump has but the slimmest of reeds to win the election challenge.

If Trump wants to win this, he had better play hardball to keep the presidency. Scorched earth is what the democrats want; he should give it to them in spades. His legal team had better start turning up the heat or many more will become Brian Wilsons...

  2. This is completely OT, but epic:

O'Keefe has apparently been monitoring in real time, and recording, CNN's morning conference calls with Jeff Zucker and upper management. He plans a Brietbart-style drip, drip, drip of clips starting tonight. The link is hilarious -- it's when O'Keefe unmutes from today's call and informs Zucker as to what is coming.

  3. One consequence of the ongoing revelations of voter and election fraud is that many citizens will become aware of the likelihood that a presidential election has been stolen right before their eyes. And this will have occurred on the heels of an attempted coup to remove a duly elected president, which to this day has never been redressed. Add in one more element, that Democrat leadership including Pelosi and Schumer have openly advocated for removing Trump "by any means necessary", and you have a perfect storm of clear and convincing evidence that our election system is deeply (and perhaps irreparably) broken.

If DOJ stays on the sidelines, and the Judiciary also abdicates in remedial role in righting a wrong, then Mainstreet USA would be fully justified in becoming cynical and losing trust in the system. That is a huge price to pay and the long term consequences are non trivial.

    1. "which to this day has never been redressed", despite Barr's noises months ago about Durham "fireworks".

    2. And, it looks like today Barr dug his rep deeper south-wise, with Fox Memphis' M. Balsamo
      (see https://www.fox13memphis.com/news/politics/barr-no-evidence/YFOZVAXLK3KGQXSINNC75JH2G4/)
      putting it thusly:

“To date, we have not seen *fraud on a scale* that could have affected a different outcome in the election,” Barr told the AP.
The comments are *especially direct* coming from Barr, who has been one of the president's most ardent allies....
Attorney Sidney Powell has *spun fictional* tales of election systems flipping votes, German servers storing U.S. voting information and election software created in Venezuela "at the direction of Hugo Chavez," – the late Venezuelan president who died in 2013.
Powell has since been removed from the legal team, after an interview she gave where she threatened to "blow up" Georgia with a "biblical" court filing."

The part about "Powell has *spun fictional* tales" has a link to an AP diatribe from 19 Nov., on
"AP FACT CHECK: Trump legal team’s batch of false vote claims", by Ali Swenson.
(As if no major evidence has emerged since 19 Nov.!)

I can't see why Barr would so "especially direct"
about this now, esp. insofar as his probe is still ongoing.
If it's been closed, he should come clean about that.
      WTF?

And, just in, Rudy & Sidney have dissed this outburst, claiming that the DoJ has done virtually zip to follow up the leads they've given the dept.
And, Barr has named Durham as a SC, for a "narrow in scope" probe of SpyGate.

  4. I hope that Sydney's team of people can get there and tear into these things. I would like to see if Navid Keshavarz-Nia's affidavit is correct on his section 15 claims.

Things will hopefully start heating up.

This is a lot like watching paint dry mixed with the slow death of something you care about greatly. Its taxing on the soul.

  5. There is so much evidence of massive fraud, it will be quick work for for the SCOTUS to rule in favor of the Trump-related litigants.

If the five conservatives do what the constitution requires and simply throws out the most fraudulent votes which cannot be refuted, Trump wins in a landslide.

Besides, how many Democrats are going be able to refute the evidence of the Trump experts. Who is going sign those affidavits under penalty of perjury.

  9. Tonite Gaetz tweeted on how
"I talked today to Republicans in both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
There's an interest in examining voting irregularities and forcing a debate in Congress about whether or *not to accept states' electors* where those irregularities exist.
    Nothing is off the table."
