UPDATED: Please Send $10 Million. Quickly.

Oh, and best wishes from my entire family.

As it happens, this exact deal didn't happen. Still, nothing ventured, nothing gained. And if Biden Inc. was about anything, it was certainly about venturing to gain. And so Fox is reporting, based on an email they've obtained:

Hunter Biden in 2017 sent 'best wishes' from 'entire Biden family' to China firm chairman, requested $10M wire

2017 letter asked chairman to 'properly fund and operate' Biden joint venture with Chinese energy company

It's a lengthy article, but this will give you a flavor.

Correspondence between Hunter Biden and CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming from 2017 shows President-elect Joe Biden's son extending "best wishes from the entire Biden family," and urging the chairman to "quickly" send a $10 million wire to "properly fund and operate" the Biden joint venture with the now-bankrupt Chinese energy company.

The $10 million transfer to the joint venture was never completed.

Fox News obtained an email Hunter Biden sent on June 18, 2017, to Zhao Runlong at CEFC, asking that they please "translate my letter to Chairman Ye, please extend my warmest best wishes and that I hope to see the Chairman soon."

"I hope my letter finds you well. I regret missing you on your last visit to the United States," Hunter Biden wrote in the attached letter, dated June 17, 2017. "Please accept the best wishes from the entire Biden family as well as my partners."

He added: "We are all hoping to see you here again soon, or in Shanghai."

Biden went on to update Ye, saying that they have "concluded the establishment of SinoHawk Holdings," the Biden joint venture with CEFC, and said he looked "forward" to introducing him to his business associate Tony Bobulinski, who he wrote would "act as the CEO."

"He is a very close friend of James Gilliar and the Biden family and joined our team to focus on the execution of things as a partner," Biden wrote. "He has invested capital all over the world for some of the world’s wealthiest families."

I assume that the coy reference to the "entire Biden family as well as my partners" was to communicate that the entire Biden family would thereby be on the hook--including "The Big Guy." And in fact that seems to have been assumed in the ongoing negotiations. The Federalist expands on the Fox account:

“I would appreciate if you will send that quickly,” Biden wrote, to fund the Biden-led firm Sinohawk in partnership with Bobulinski who would serve as CEO.

Later emails responding to Hunter Biden reviewed by Fox dated in July show the Chinese chairman enthusiastically arranging for Biden’s request working to “expedite” the transfer.

The correspondence is dated just before emails published by the New York Post in October show Chairman Ye outlining a $10 million annual contract for Hunter Biden for “introductions alone,” a portion of which would be slated aside for President-elect Joe Biden funneled through Hunter.

Fox News’ blockbuster revelations gives further credibility to the Post’s earlier reporting this year, which was dismissed by corporate media who adopted Democratic talking points to chalk up the stories as Russian disinformation, and suppressed by big tech engaging in election interference in the final days leading up to the November contest.

Samples of how the negotiations were framed, from the NYPost:

The real question--since this was all pretty much known months ago--is: Is this old news that can properly be ignored, except by right wing cranks? Or has it somehow gained relevance post election? One hopes the Media will send us the answer--quickly. It would be nice to have it confirmed that we really do have the best government money can buy.

UPDATE: Actually, there are some other interesting questions raised by this. For example:

Given the nature of this transaction, would Biden Inc. have hesitated to take advantage of election fraud?

What does it say about Establishment insiders--legislators and, yes, judges of both parties--that they appear to be down with foisting Biden on the nation--certainly to the extent of suppressing any awkward issues that would pose a problem in that regard? These dealings are part of the total context of what's been going on and will continue between the election and January 20. I seem to recall questions being raised about Trump's suitability for office based on known hoaxes. Is the real difference, then, simply a question of insiders versus outsiders? Or what?

  1. At least when the Bidens are bought, they appear to stay bought.

Well, as long as the cash continues to flow.

  3. If John Gotti were alive today he'd be calling/texting/FaceBook friending/stalking the Biden's, begging** for their playbook, for Masters-level lessons in 'Teflon'....

The Teflon Don was a rank amateur compared to these grifters; Biden's are world-class.

    2. As far as that goes, I'm still trying to wrap my head around his mentality--which Margot Cleveland defended today. I just believe that there are certain things that are bigger than DoJ policy. That justice may demand going above and beyond that. And part of justice may involve revealing what you know to the people about Biden. It's not enough to say, oh, let them read the NYPost.

    4. Yeah, Margot's spin is unimpressive, esp since she never refers to any of the elephants in the room, e.g. with
"So, yes, the investigation has dragged on, but with good reason...", as if the probe was a cinch to hit paydirt, regardless of political circumstances.
What was the "good reason" for vowing "fireworks" after Labor Day, then giving no explanation for ducking that vow?
If he believes that a Biden Admin won't systematically sabotage the probe, starting 21 Jan.,
      he's snowing himself.
The DS will have no problem ginning up roadblocks, e.g. pressure on all witnesses who may consider talking to Durham.
      Etc., etc., etc.

    5. Simply put - I believe Mr.Barr allowed a compromised individual to be elevated to the highest office in the land. We don't know for a fact Joe is compromised but it sure looks like it right now. The House will never impeach him - they will let him gracefully resign and then we are left with an almost worse situation. I also believe that a lot of the left actually believes Trump is evil - proven or not - so that allows them to live in the resistance because a patriot will always choose honor and action over process. Mr. Barr had one life - I mean one career - to give to his country and chose to demure. I think he should have pushed back on the the deep state letter from all those intelligence 'chiefs' arguing 'Russian disinformation' over Hunter's laptop. They are the same folks who lined up the 'all 17 intel agencies think alike on the Steele dossier showing Trump is compromised.' AG Barr allowed the same rogue actors to push their agenda when they ran the same scam these 4 years later. Fool me once......

    6. Wasn’t there some fair-sized scandal back in the Bush family history that had to be squelched from time to time?

    7. I think calling Joe Biden “compromised” is fudging. Letting him off easy. As though someone had put him in that position. He’s a downright crook.

  7. Great news Mark! I just had a distant acquaintance in Nigeria who is holding $10,000,000 in cash and wants me to help him with banking it safely in this country. Talk about coincidence. Mark, please send me your bank account numbers, passwords, and all credit card info for your accounts. Really, really glad I can help your family. Neil in SD

  8. Prosecutor Trusty (his name escapes me, but he seems like a pretty good head) shows up on Fox now and then. The other night he was on Ingraham and could barely suppress a smile when he said “and of course there are the emails….) Talk about a gift to a prosecutor. The group one that included Bobulinski was the best because he then verified it was legitimate. But they are coming out, little by little. And out there somewhere are the 26,000 email files that Bevan Cooney shared with Breitbart/Peter Schweizer back in October.

    https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/former-hunter-biden-business-partner-gives-26-000-emails-to-breitbart

Cooney was the partner of Hunter and Devan Archer who believed he had taken the fall for the partnership - he ended up in prison, from which he made the decision to share his gmails. Devan Archer’s dismissal of his conviction has been reversed. Don’t know his status now. But Hunter the Brave is still out there - being oh so righteous about a “tax problem”….

  11. Ratcliff announces intelligence report on foreign interference will not be issued until January. Says there was interference but some agencies need more time.
How about Jan. 7? They did not see this coming and set a hard deadline?
Beyond comprehension how they rope a dope these things at every opportunity
and we are caught flat-footed. Martial law seems to be our last hope but on what basis?

    1. I don't think Trump needs the full report. All he needs is a "yes" or "no" from Ratcliff on 18th.

    2. As always, Trump will enjoy the full support of the Republican Party supporting his call for martial law on an incomplete report since Ratcliiff
says so. Mark is still thinking about the $10 million Nigerian scam for the holidays?
