In The News: Biden - China Corruption, Trader Joe's

Right, Trader Joe's. You may have read yesterday's story about BLM in Seattle disrupting TJ stores and demanding "15% at least". Monica Showalter has a good rundown on what's going on today:

Coming soon, food desert: BLM shakes down Seattle Trader Joe's for a 15% cut

Except that TJ's hasn't caved. We know that DoJ's various entities, as well as Homeland Security, have been gathering intel for months on Antifa and BLM. For you RICO fans, a RICO action against these activities looks fairly promising. In the meantime, get out and vote.

There's more news out about Biden - China corruption. Steve Bannon is putting out interesting information that's incomplete--but suggestive, and worth acquainting yourselves with: Why Did Hunter Biden Extend Loan in China – What is this Deal About? The deal itself is somewhat convoluted, which raises suspicions in and of itself.

Bannon suggests that IF this loan agreement was not made known to the SEC and IRS it would be illegal. My guess is that it should be very easy to make that determination.

Note that this agreement was made in 2018. That makes it one in a continuing series of deals between the Biden connected companies and China--deals that stretch back to the days when Joe Biden was still Vice President. Shipwreckedcrew has the rundown on one such transaction that dates to 2015--and that suggests a very good reason why Dems were so desperate to keep not just any Republican but specifically a China Hawk like Trump from winning the presidency:

Hunter, Joe, a Chinese Partner, and a Michigan Auto Parts Company -- What Could Go Wrong?

[Strangely, the link appears not to work any longer, nor could I locate the article at Red State. However, this appears to be the same article.]

Commenter Cassander linked to an American Spectator article today, with the improbable title--Dear President Bush — Please Endorse Donald Trump. The author makes a point that, back in 2016, I was making to anyone who would listen and who had doubts about Trump:

Ted, Marco, Ben, and Carly ... And Hillary would have crushed them all.

The article actually makes a number of good points, despite the unlikelihood of any Bush endorsement. Salient among those points is that the Dems knew the GOPe candidates could all be easily beaten--even by Hillary. Which raises the question, the answer to which is contained in the Biden - China (and Biden - Others) scandals: Why the hysteria over a Trump candidacy, why the repeated hoaxes that went well beyond the usual political dirty tricks?

I've repeated several times what I heard early on in the Russia Hoax from a person whom most of you are probably somewhat familiar with: The Dems polling showed them at a very early stage of the runup to 2016 that Trump was by far the most dangerous possible opponent. Not only was an American Firster--with a long record in that regard--but he was specifically a China Hawk who consorted with other China Hawks as well as threatening to shake up the DC Swamp status quo, which is heavily dependent on foreign money. Even worse, as the article points out:

Trump didn’t cause the seismic shift in our politics (always downstream from culture) that has unearthed so many of our troubling pathologies — tribalism, intolerance, identity politics, self-censorship, polarization, and incivility. He simply figured out a way to win a rigged game. He took weapons that have been used against Republicans for years and turned them on the aggressors. As Abraham Lincoln said about the uncouth Grant, “He fights.”

Before the rest of us saw it, they knew Trump was very dangerous.

With that in mind, read SWC's article. As with all these transactions, the details are somewhat complex, and that's for a purpose: to obfuscate. But here's the important thread, that will take you through it all.

The transaction takes place in 2015--Joe Biden is still Veep.

Bohai Harvest Rosemont (BHR) partnered with AVIC Automotive Systems (a Chinese conglomerate) to purchase a dual use technology US firm Henniges. But, as SWC says, nothing is quite what it appears.

For starters, BHR is partnered with Rosemont Seneca Bohai--Hunter Biden and Devon Archer--and the Thornton Group, which is headed by a longtime political ally of John Kerry. Did you know that John Kerry has been traveling the world conspiring against the Trump administration for the past four years?

And on the Chinese side? Well:

AVIC Automotive Systems Holding Co. was a wholly-owned subsidiary of AVIC — Aviation Industry Corporation of China — the largest defense contractor for the Chinese military.  AVIC is a government-owned aerospace and defense conglomerate.

The fact that AVIC had an auto parts manufacturing subsidiary is the equivalent of General Dynamics or Lockheed Martin having a subsidiary that went around buying radiator belt manufacturers.

Here's more about AVIC. Among the product lines it's involved with:

a range of aircraft, unmanned aircraft systems, and airborne weapons;

unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which have the operational capability to reach all of the South China Sea;

an export variant of the ship-launched YJ-12 (YingJi/Eagle Strike) anti-ship missiles carried by an array of bombers, fighter jets, and destroyers.

AVIC and its subsidiaries have been sanctioned on five separate occasions by the U.S. for proliferation activities that played a key role in enabling Iran to develop its missile capabilities.

The end result of this transaction, when you cut through it all, is that:

If you do the math, you see that Henniges is 85% owned by the Chinese Communist Party and Chinese military — with a 15% “beard” ownership by individuals connected to Joe Biden and John Kerry.

And then SWC gets to the big question: What's wrong with that?

Just this.

Henniges is the leading manufacturer in the world of anti-vibration materials and components used in high-end luxury automobiles. The technology developed as the intellectual property of Henniges and has significant dual-use applications.

Anti-vibration technology is crucial in the manufacturing of helicopters, fighter aircraft, and missle technology – all the things that AVIC manufactures for the Chinese military, as well as exports to rogue nations like Iran and North Korea.

And within two years of Obama, Biden, and Kerry handing ownership of that company over to the Chinese Communist Party and its military, Henniges

opened a new, scalable 79,500 square-foot (7,391 square-meter) facility in Suzhou, China. The plant is located in the Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Zone that gives Henniges the ability to grow the facility to double its size to support future business growth….

This plant will feature both TPV (thermoplastic) and EPDM (traditional) rubber sealing and will have state-of-the-art equipment that meets Henniges’ global standards.

As SWC concludes:

Hunter and Joe got paid.

What could go wrong?

Now we see why the Dems are hysterical at the thought of a second Trump administration. Not only are Barr and Durham spreading the Russia Hoax net ever wider, but the Biden Crime Family--with its ties to Obama, Kerry, Soros (esp. Ukraine) and multiple Dem senators and governors--is starting to unravel in plain sight.

And don't forget. The Dems thought they'd got some breathing room when Judge Ronnie Abrams in the SDNY let Devon Archer off the hook. But within the last month the 2nd Circuit reversed that move and ordered Abrams to move ahead with sentencing Archer. Imagine what happens if, on top of all the rest, Archer decides to cooperate?

  1. "...a government-owned aerospace and defense conglomerate."

I often end up with a wry smile on my face when I read Party Media talking about Chinese business dealings being somehow independent of CCP influence. Regardless of what paperwork is filed with the State Dept., WTO, or whomever, there is no such thing as a business or company that is not directly controlled by the CCP agenda. No one does anything, especially involving foreigners, without the review/approval of a Party cadre.

The anti-vibration technology is also highly prized in building submarines. The ChiCom's are in the process of upgrading their sub fleet to include ballistic missile vessels with global deployment capability, or so I've read.

I understand that Seattle is, well Seattle. However, BLM is a organization that operates across state lines. Can't DoJ charge extortion in these incidents? It would appear to be the text-book definition.
    Tom S.

  2. Link to SWC article seems to go nowhere and I can't locate it at Redstate.

  3. Interesting to learn that the leaders in the Democratic party amongst others deeply invested in the "Deep State" are all about getting wealth and power. Too bad the MSM doesn't speak to this. I understand though they get their cut too.

Mark, terrific week of updates and give your weary hands, knuckles, and fingers a rest this weekend.

  4. From a 2019 Politico article ...

“The day the Bidens took over Paradigm Global Advisors was a memorable one.

In the late summer of 2006 Joe Biden’s son Hunter and Joe’s younger brother, James, purchased the firm. On their first day on the job, they showed up with Joe’s other son, Beau, and two large men and ordered the hedge fund’s chief of compliance to fire its president, according to a Paradigm executive who was present.

After the firing, the two large men escorted the fund’s president out of the firm’s midtown Manhattan office, and James Biden laid out his vision for the fund’s future. “Don’t worry about investors,” he said, according to the executive, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, citing fear of retaliation. “We've got people all around the world who want to invest in Joe Biden.”

At the time, the senator was just months away from both assuming the chairmanship of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and launching his second presidential bid. According to the executive, James Biden made it clear he viewed the fund as a way to take money from rich foreigners who could not legally give money to his older brother or his campaign account. “We've got investors lined up in a line of 747s filled with cash ready to invest in this company,” the executive remembers James Biden saying.“

    1. That's not terribly subtle, is it? And Politico published that. It's one helluvan article.

    2. I would add that anyone who thinks these sorts of things can be prepared for prosecution quickly--assuming the political will to do so--is delusional. And I'd bet that Durham has run into similar things.

    3. It's beginning to look a lot like RICO...every-where Joe goes...

  5. Article was supposed to be at RedState and authored by SWC. Winds up on TrulyTimes by Malcolm Bright. Malcolm Bright! What? Can it really be THAT Malcolm Bright/

  6. I'd love to have been a fly on the wall when the Clinton's first heard the actual numbers on the Biden Inc. take. I bet Hill went ballistic. They thought they were scamming the ChiCom's with ballistic missile and computer technology for a few hundred thousand here and a couple of hundred thousand there. Along comes a crack-head and his room temp I.Q. uncle and they rake in millions. Hillary must realize the ChiCom's viewed her as a low rent chump hustler from the get-go and laughed all the way to the bank after every "transaction".
    Tom S.

  7. Last I read, a couple years ago, the Clintons were worth over 200 million, and apparently they were bankrupt when they left the White house, so they didn't do too poorly.
They were even stealing stuff (pictures etc) as they walked out.

Looks like they all, or most of them, had secret deals going on - no wonder they hate the only honest guy who came in.

    1. Funny add on...

Melania Trump often chooses the stolen and recovered Clinton china set for dinners with state actors she doesn't care for. Australia and France have both been served from it.

A nice touch from the first lady! 😂

    2. It's never about whether they got "enough" with these people. It's about who out grifts whom. Nothing is more important than ego to a narcissist.
      Tom S.

    3. "Like everyone who's had a bellyful, they want more!"

      -- Control

  8. One thing that is forgotten by conservatives is that the RICO statute allows for a private civil suit by persons harmed by the perpetrators including treble damages and attorneys fees. This was used effectively by an abortion clinic against pro life protesters in the 80s

  9. "For you RICO fans, a RICO action against these activities looks fairly promising. In the meantime, get out and vote."

Hey Mark how about a ground game voting thread for what we're seeing / doing in our home states? Pin it to the top for the next 10 days if you can.

Florida has a lot of interesting news that I'm seeing misrepresented, it would be nice to have other readers perspectives.

    Just an idea...

    1. 1. For Rudy everything looks like a nail and RICO is his hammer. The big story here is Joe Biden and John Kerry appear to be long term Chinese agents.

      2. Unfortunately it doesn't appear possible to pin a post in the new Blogger.
