Roger Stone was prosecuted more aggressively than Jeffrey Epstein, that tells you all you need to know about the rule of law in America.— Mike Cernovich (@Cernovich) November 15, 2019
UPDATE: Another excellent example--rule of law? Not so much:
Yovanovitch, an ostensibly serious person, as well as an ambassador, will face zero consequences for blatantly lying about Burisma and Biden.— Hans Mahncke (@HansMahncke) November 15, 2019
Meanwhile, Roger Stone, a joker with no formal role or responsibilities, is going to jail because he fantasized about imaginary sources. https://t.co/7xdoMVjtde

A swamp jury, swamp judge. No big surprise. Would like an explanation of why Stone's lawyers didn't even try for a change of venue.

And, a guess on, if Barr dare push for changes of venue (all the way to the Supremes) for whatever trials emerge (from Durham's probing).
ReplyDeleteSince SCOTUS OKed changes of venue for reasons of jury-pool racial balance, why can't they OK such changes for reasons of patent (Swamp) jury-pool political bias?
In their eyes, is he another potential Trump flipper? (He has vowed that he never would do so.) Or is it just their way of punishing someone they believe was close to PDJT. Or guilt by association? They are evil and desperate, a bad combnation.
ReplyDeleteThe fact is that Stone wasn't really close to the campaign as it deveoped but rather a past associate who remained in touch.
DeleteNo, but he is Deplorable and they are the true enemy. A message must be sent, "Don't stand on you're hind legs; grovel in the dust like the beast of the field you are."
