A New Concept: Sovereign Crime

Yesterday I offered a few Tentative Signs Of Hope? Today, a splash of cold water. Tentative signs of hope isn't the same as rampant optimism. I do try to offer tempered optimism--remember disgraced former AG Bill Barr, Justice Amy, etc.?--but I don't turn away from reality.

Today, starting soon, I'll be taking a bit of a mental health break--at least for the morning. Mental, not physical, health--the wrist/hand is much better, thanks to the brace and keyboard shortcuts (I have tried a trackball but am not crazy about it).

In the meantime, here are two related and highly recommended reads. There remain signs of hope, even as we suggested in Things Fall Apart, but these are very dark days for the Republic. What comes out on the other side of the tunnel we're in may look very different--for better or worse.

First (h/t Ray So-Cal) from AmThinker, Jay Valentine:

The Sovereign Crime of Industrial Scale Vote Fraud

This is a longish article, but highly recommended in its entirety. If I can summarize the two main concepts, this would be the gist, in my words:

1. Industrial scale fraud of any sort, when discovered, is normally never a one-off. It is the culmination of previous successful frauds that grow in scale over serial events.

2. Fraudsters are encourage by success. If they get away with their fraud, they WILL do it again.

I think you get the picture. But just in case:

The 2020 election fraud did not just happen. It is impossible for an organization, spanning many states, using similar techniques (fake ballots, shutting down counting at the same time, more ballots than voters, dead voters, underage voters) to succeed the first time at bat.  There are just too many moving parts.

So here we developed a thesis.

The team, educated in some of the most sophisticated organized fraud tactics, posited that this was not a dry run. Their thesis is that if one were to seriously evaluate the balloting in many states for 2014, 2016 and 2018, one will find traces of what happened in 2020. That project is under discussion.

Their second thesis is that this is not over by any means. This kind of election fraud was hugely successful. If one even questions the 2020 election, one can be banned from social media and labeled a “conspiracy theorist” by sovereign governmental agencies.

The team believes the best is yet to come.

Fraud perps are greedy and when left to commit fraud, for which there was likely millions of dollars in remuneration either presently or in the future, they are not going to stop. As fraudsters recognize that national law enforcement refuses to investigate and the courts will not look at evidence, they are emboldened.  Who wouldn’t be?

Our courts and law enforcement are saying “come, commit all the fraud you want, we won’t investigate, and if there is litigation, we will toss it out on procedural grounds.”

If anyone protests, the FBI may raid their home with an assault vehicle.

Don’t believe me, well, meet Christopher Worrell.

And meet retired Army Sergeant Kenneth Harrelson, who, like Chris, attended the Don’t Steal The Vote Rally and was greeted by an FBI turreted vehicle while he was cleaning out his gutters.

This is our government in action covering up election fraud. FBI Director Chris Wray is promising each of us the Roger Stone Experience if we doth protest too much.

We are dealing with a new type of crime, at least new to most Americans:  sovereign crime.  This is it, folks!  This is what it looks like.

And believe me--there's plenty more, so do follow the link.

Now to follow up on some of that, read Julie Kelly at American Greatness. It's chilling, but Kelly does point out some obstacles for the enforcers:

Capitol Investigation Seeks to Criminalize Political Dissent

The government's response to the January 6 melee isn’t about justice. It’s about partisan retribution and revenge. And the consequences will be disastrous.

The point here is that this whole thing, as Valentine says, has so many moving parts: FBI, DoJ, the courts. Keeping this going won't be easy. It can happen--the corruption of our body politic does run deep enough for that. But success isn't guaranteed. The good news for our side is that not all Americans are as dumb as some of those people who have gotten arrested (read this affidavit if you want to see what I mean).

  1. The AT article, to which I am sympathetic, leaves me with more questions than answers. I agree that voter fraud occurred, but the scale of it eludes me. Was it just the swing states? Everywhere?

Valentine mentions that truck with hundreds of thousands of ballots going from NY to PA. All the vote fraud people mention that story. It's practically an urban legend. Is it true?

Valentine's notion that voter fraud happened in previous elections is credible. I agree with him. It's sort of like the college admissions scandal, where they sacrificed a few luckless celebs and one Arnold Rothstein type fixer.

Does anyone believe only one Rothstein was at work? Or that only a handful of rich students benefited from the scheme? My bet is the college fraud was going on for years, successfully. So I have no trouble with the notion that the 2020 election had dry runs.

And yet: all this criminal activity and not one big mouth has come forward? Hundreds if not thousands of people involved, consciously or unconsciously working together, and not a word? That is something I find hard to believe. How can they keep a secret this big?

    1. Have you ever lived in a major metro area, like Cook County? Chicago? Detroit? Milwaukee? Philadelphia? Etc.?

    2. "How can they keep a secret this big"? Andrew Cuomo, hero to the cause, the outcome was all that counted. He was the Hero that made Trump the villain. The Albany elites have probably known all of this for 20+ years or so. Yet they said nothing, including the now "brave" victims coming forward. It now serves a greater cause to keep the emphasis on the sex, The Covid scandal has to be protected, Trump cannot ever be seen as better then Cuomo on that issue.

And about "Not a word", they gave you the Time article and spelt some of it out, maybe only partially truthful, but it had a lot of "words" in it!

    3. @ Titan.

What do you mean by "not one big mouth.."? In each of the 5 battleground states where the decisive fraud occurred, hundreds of individuals bravely came forward and submitted sworn affidavits attesting to the gross and widespread fraud they personally observed. Many of these people were lifelong Democrats who worked elections for years but were so shocked by the enormity of the fraud that they had to speak up. We can pity them for their naivete but their affidavits are all the more credible. The fact that you seem otherwise well informed and yet somehow remain seemingly unaware of the mountain of whistleblower evidence is a chilling lesson in how the State propaganda machine has suppressed this evil and efforts to expose it.

    4. @Anon.

I'm with you all the way. I do wonder whether we're talking of millions and millions of fraudulent votes or just thousands in the right places. The whistleblowers would give us thousands. Sidney Powell was after bigger game.

IOW, was Dominion, via their machines, involved in stealing the election? Or was it, in the cities, a simply insane level of ballot stuffing?

The courts have failed the Republic. And I just don't know where to go with that. If the courts are corrupt, and the SC sure smells dirty, then America is in truly dire straits.

  2. Your Valentine AT link is wrong. Does not go to AT, but to your own previous post.

  3. The fraud of embezzlement usually starts much the same way as discussed. Success on a small scale until caught. But in this case the criminals are the government.

  4. I would expect that all of the Dominion supervisor passwords have been changed by now, in anticipation of the 2022 contest. But, I also seriously doubt that they have otherwise been made more secure.

We may expect hacking to come from more than one direction...a knife cutting both ways, etc.

That may be our last, best hope.

  5. One wonders what the Boston Tea Party might have looked like in our age of Facebook and social media. Would those "dumb" patriots have posed for selfies and posted clips of themselves dumping the tea? Would the Crown have succeeded in suppressing independence if those patriots could simply have been branded as domestic terrorists? Certainly the colonists at Lexington and Concord were such. Poor PR doomed King George. And a healthier police state apparatus.

  6. Protest too much? We will not protest at all. Nor will we comply. As you state "not all Americans are as dumb as some of those people who have gotten arrested " The smart ones, the vast majority , will appear to go along, taking what they can get from the government, while under the radar avoiding compliance with anything this lawless government proclaims as law.

  7. What bothers me is the lack of interest in fixing the problem, especially by the GOP.

In Ca the entire issue of ballot harvesting, which is now legal, has basically been ignored by the Ca GOP. They could easily fund a ballot initiative to fix the problem,

  8. The Titanic is Sinking Fast.

"This morning, I realized that everything is about to change. No matter how I vote, no matter what I say, something evil has invaded our nation, and our lives are never going to be the same.

I have been confused by the hostility of family and friends. I look at people I have known all my life – so hate-filled that they agree with opinions they would never express as their own. I think that I may well have entered the Twilight Zone.

You can’t justify this insanity. We have become a nation that has lost its collective mind!

We see other countries going Socialist and collapsing, but it seems like a great plan to us……

Somehow, it’s un-American for the census to count how many Americans are in America.

People who say there is no such thing as gender are demanding a female President.

Universities that advocate equality discriminate against Asian-Americans in favor of African-Americans.

Some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, and other people are not held responsible for what they are doing right now.

Criminals are caught ... and released! It hurts more people, but stopping them is bad because it’s a violation of THEIR rights.

People who have never owned slaves should pay slavery reparations to people who have never been slaves.

If a man pretends to be a woman, you are required to pretend with him.

People who have never been to college should pay the debts of college students who took out huge loans for their degrees.

Immigrants with tuberculosis and polio are welcome, but you’d better be able to prove your dog is vaccinated.

Irish doctors and German engineers who want to immigrate to the US must go through a rigorous vetting process, but any illiterate gang-banger who jumps the southern fence are welcome.

$5 billion for border security is too expensive, but $1.5 trillion for “free” health care is not.

If you cheat to get into college you go to prison, but if you cheat to get into the country you go to college for free. And, pointing out all this hypocrisy somehow makes us “racists”?!

People are dying of a Chinese virus, but it’s racist to refer to it as Chinese even though it began in China.

Nothing makes sense anymore: No values, no morals, no civility.

We are clearly living in an upside down world where right is wrong and wrong is right, where moral is immoral and immoral is moral, where good is evil and evil is good, where killing murderers is wrong, but killing innocent babies is right.

Wake up America! The great unsinkable ship Titanic, “America” has hit an iceberg, is taking on water, and is sinking fast. Pray for our country!"
