Briefly Noted: Death In America

Briefly noted, because I'll be mostly just providing links. Something's going on in America, and it results from a total devaluation of life. Because it's largely kept from public view, people are complacent--but complacency is the first step toward death.

Tucker Carlson did a powerful show on Kim Foxx, George Soros' State's Attorney in Cook County. The footage is graphic and powerful, but note a number of key items:

Alderman Lopez talks of people being "gunned down by violence". Which tells you right there that he's afraid to name the problem.

Kim Foxx talks of "equity and justice, NOT law and order". She talks openly of supposedly making up for the past as reasons for releasing--uncharged--minority and immigrant violent felons. Kim Foxx has been elected twice, and while I have nothing to learn about vote fraud in Cook County, I am also convinced that Foxx would have won any fair election. I know my neighbors.

But while this report is about Chicago, it's also about every other city with a George Soros chief prosecutor. Here the death is of individuals, but it's also the death of communities and cities. Check it out:

Will it get better when the 'children' return to school? Doubtful: Chicago Public Schools Implement Race Trainings Claiming Schools ‘Develop White Supremacy’.

Who elected the people implementing these programs? It's not just inner city people. It's the young suburban moms and Millennials. Anyone who voted Dem, going back not just decades but generations.

Next, Karl Denninger goes there--Death. Yours.

This is a post about Medicare and death from Covid. Denninger maintains the two are closely linked. Surely many others have pondered that, too. But Denninger says it. A brief sample:

Do you know why there are a whole bunch of dead people allegedly from "The Coof" over the last year?

Because the government paid them a bonus for each toe tag and an even bigger one if they used a pointedly-useless ventilator, while at the same time setting "corporate standards" that inexpensive, known safe and likely-effective drugs, known by summer, were not to be used and thus said old people will die and stop consuming Medicare funds.

Don't think so?

Then explain why those with serious and progressive lung diseasesCOPD and Emphysema to name two, had fewer deaths in 2020 than 2019 despite a raging respiratory infection pandemic!

I'll explain it again as I did the other day: Virtually every one of those people was already on one of those safe, reasonably inexpensive and now known effective drugs -- inhaled steroids.  They couldn't cut those drugs off for those people without it being obvious that they were murdering people but they refused to hand them out to everyone who got infected even though they knew they worked as they had the data and intentionally disregarded it.  There are approximately 30 million such Americans and they should have dropped like flies -- they did not.

Never mind that most of the people with COPD and Emphysema are older and generally quite-morbid, so CMS (Medicare) has extensive data on every single one of them and their medical charts; is it really very hard to run a few SQL queries?  Obviously, no.  They knew, they didn't give a crap and the more old people who die due to intentional refusal to treat the less money the government spends.

What did you say the average age of a Covid-19 death was in the US again?

Hint: 80% of all people who died "of" Covid-19 thus far in the US were on Medicare.

How do you solve the problem when a program is going broke? ...

To back up what Denninger is saying, LifeSite reminds us today of the nurse who wore a recording device in the hospital at the epicenter of the New York Covid deaths:

COVID nurse explains becoming a whistleblower: ‘I recorded them murdering patients’

'The very first day [at Elmhurst] I was shocked. It was something I’ve never seen before. Patients were alone in the rooms on ventilators [with] no family allowed in [to advocate for them]. People were just dying from gross negligence, medical malpractice, [and] mismanagement.'

It's powerful. I highly recommend it.

Upon arrival [in NYC] she was surprised to find that she “sat around for three days with nothing to do” and learned that other nurses had been “sitting around for 21 days or an entire month getting paid $10,000 a week,” without any assignment. “If they needed nurses so badly, why are you bringing me here if there’s nurses sitting around?” she asked, describing this as her first “red flag” that the reality of the situation in New York was not what was being reported in the news media.

...

“The very first day [at Elmhurst] I was shocked. It was something I’ve never seen before,” she said. “Patients were alone in the rooms on ventilators [with] no family allowed in [to advocate for them]. People were just dying from gross negligence, medical malpractice, [and] mismanagement.”

“For me, that was really difficult to swallow. Everything made sense to me at that moment of why there were so many deaths in New York,” she said.

Following a good cry back in her hotel room, she eventually contacted an attorney in New York, secured a “pair of spyglasses” and began to document what she saw in the hospital.

“I recorded them murdering patients. I recorded just the complete and absolute disregard for human life,” she said.

According to the video, Olzewski revealed how patients who repeatedly tested negative for COVID-19 were being described as “COVID confirmed” in their charts, which triggered a higher compensation from government payouts.

She contrasted the treatments that they had provided in Florida to what was happening in New York. “[In Florida] we treated our patients with hydroxychloroquine, zinc … sent them home and they were fine.” In New York, “they were banning alternative treatments like hydroxychloroquine. The only thing they could do was to put people on ventilators.”

Does it sound like anything that happened was truly an accident? There's an election next year.

  1. I used to read the second city cop blog and it was eye opening about Chicago politics. https://heyjackass.com/ Is a great site for Chicago murder stats. I wish there was something similar for LA. Nobody seems to care about Black on Black crime, only if the assailant is police and/ or White.

I don’t think the Covid deaths were deliberate. I see more corruption, huge dose of incompetence, maximize reimbursement, and anything to get Trump.

    1. 1- COVID patient admitted to hospital.
2- Hospital admins refuse to administer medication until near death.
      3- Hospital admins allow medication.
4- Patient dies. From "COVID" not "negligent homicide".
5- Repeat many 1000s of time.

I hope juries get to decide whether this is negligent homicide.

    2. for most of my 7 decades, I followed baseball closely - especially the stats. I still clearly remember when Maris & Mantle were chasing the Babe in the summer of 1961 or when Sandy was chasing Rapid Robert's single season strikeout record in 1965...those were the days.

Now, I've given up on pro sports for their "wokeness" and greed, amongst other reasons. The only stat I follow anymore is at the website you mention (heyjackass) because I simply don't care anymore about these Dimm hellholes. BTW, Chi Town is on its way to a record setting year...190 to date and still counting. Come on, Second City, I know you can do it!

    3. Apparently the Oscars were down 58% from an already miserable previous year. Progress.

  2. It is mind-numbing to see Tucker's video next to the headline about Chicago schools focusing on race training against white supremacy as the root of all evils. It is a wonder how these people get elected. As noted in the video, the number of young radical leftists bein elected is big part of the problem, and that is because of the indoctrination we are seeing in schools. At least half of the country, if not much more, must be seeing through the media fog of the left, and there is hope for 2022. I am torn whether some of the hospital deaths were on purpose because as we know many people really are evil. But I think most of it is systemic incompetence.

    2. It's the results from corrupt government and its corrupt machinations.

We can expect to see more of this on the national level now that elections are meaningless

  3. "People were just dying from gross negligence, medical malpractice, [and] mismanagement.”

That means there are many ordinary working doctors and nurses and orderlies etc walking around in hospitals, watching this and saying nothing.

When I try to tell this to anyone, they just scoff and give me funny looks... as if I'm some conspiracy nut.

How do you talk about this without sounding deranged?

    1. @ Frank,

"How do you talk about this without sounding deranged?"

Trust me, even posting things here I feel like that sometimes so you're not alone. In life, you choose your friends wisely and do your best to just nod at the rest of them!!

    2. You can’t and that’s the rub.

No, not all doctors, nurses, etc, have your or your family’s best interest at heart or are in a place at that time to care. Imagine that, huh? A profession solely in place to help make people physically better can have many that just don’t care.

Yeah, I experienced it when my youngest son had open heart surgery when he was 5 months old. The next day after the surgery, the on duty nurse gave him all his meds, including one that basically paralyzed him, but forgot the pain medication. All the while, he was being moved, poke, prodded, etc and his heart rate skyrocketed to emergency levels.

I don’t blame the entire profession nor hate them because of their skin color.

    3. This is very true. And that's why I'm not about to dismiss any of these concerns out of hand. I'm sure every work place--and hospitals are work places--has a unique culture. I would never posit a nation wide conspiracy of that sort. But, what happened in NY, hey, anyone with average intelligence could have seen that nothing good was gonna happen.

    4. Decades ago, most doctors operated their own practice; to day, most doctors are government (including NGOs) employees.

  4. If anyone still has any doubts about John "Death to America" Kelly: https://nypost.com/2021/04/26/iran-foreign-minister-says-john-kerry-met-with-him-during-trump-years/

Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said in the leaked recording obtained by the New York Times and Iran International that the Revolutionary Guard Corps and the country’s supreme leader kept him in the dark about government negotiations and military operations, and that he was receiving intel from Kerry.

“It was former US Foreign Secretary John Kerry who told me Israel had launched more than 200 attacks on Iranian forces in Syria,” he said.

  6. Regarding Logan Act ...

Kerry, along with other Obama officials, talked to Iran, as a private citizen pretty much all throughout Trump’s presidency as a shadow government representative or as this article states “shadow diplomacy” .... whatever ...

    https://m.washingtontimes.com/news/2021/feb/21/john-kerry-held-backchannel-talks-iran-javad-zarif/

It’s not like this is nothing new with the Dems, specifically, Obama ...

“ During his first presidential campaign in 2008, Mr. Obama used a secret back channel to Tehran to assure the mullahs that he was a friend of the Islamic Republic, and that they would be very happy with his policies. The secret channel was Ambassador William G. Miller, who served in Iran during the shah’s rule, as chief of staff for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and as ambassador to Ukraine. Ambassador Miller has confirmed to me his conversations with Iranian leaders during the 2008 campaign.”
