Don't Matter Which Half You're Talkin' About

I'm sure most of you read this last night and, like me, laughed your collective *sses off:

"Nina Turner, a onetime Ohio state senator who co-chaired Sanders’ failed 2020 campaign, made the comparison while discussing with The Atlantic the choice facing progressives this election cycle."
She said of voting for Biden, "It’s like saying to somebody, ‘You have a bowl of sh*t in front of you, and all you’ve got to do is eat half of it instead of the whole thing.’ It’s still sh*t."

That comes with news that, with the convention in the offing, the Bernie Bros are cutting up rough re Medicare/Medicaid for all.

Don Surber comments:

As the Democrat-sanctioned riots continue, they amp up demands by a large segment of the Democrat Party for a communist takeover of America. The people throwing rocks and bottles of water at cops are not going to bother voting. Why should they? The media keeps telling them the election is in the bag and that their "peaceful protests" are honorable.
Meanwhile, a backlash rises among people who will actually vote.

But here's an excellent article that tells you what you need to know about what needs to get down if America is to become Great Again. We got to this point largely through the Leftist takeover of government schools--which were always a bad idea:

Most Parents Have No Idea Their Kids’ Schools Are Pushing Insane Transgender Ideology

Of course, the insanity of The Trans is simply the latest point of indoctrination for The Children. I suppose The Trans thought the time was ripe.

Here's one thing that I found interesting--note that the youthful trannies the government schools are churning out are overwhelmingly  white girls. Why is that? Are these girls more susceptible to conformity? And also note how many of the 'protestors'--who get kid glove treatment for the most part--are also white girls.

  1. A few relevant points:
    1) Andrea Widberg today has a post, on the idea of repealing the 19th Amend.

    2) For much on the pathology of so many (white) Upper middle class females, see alt-Right blogger Whiskey in 2012, at
    http://whiskeys-place.blogspot.com/2012/01/charles-murray-and-white-class-divide.html :

"Angelo Codevilla argues in the American Spectator, that the Ruling Class of America, Republican and Democrat, all go to the same national schools, share the same interests, intermarry, and form the same social class.... the entire Elite political system is dependent on sustained good times for everyone, to smooth over the massive *transfer* of wealth and opportunities, from average *white* people to non-Whites (and elites)… There is a word for people who hold such views.
The natural basis for the Super Zips. The Ruling Class. The New Elites. We call them ... women.
    Specifically, White professional women."

  2. The hunch (I won't call it a theory) I've heard about the young white girl trans phenomena is that it's really a desire to postpone/forego the awkward years post-puberty of physical body changes, and the importance of looks, grooming, clothing. The avoidance of icky (and slower maturing) boys is also part of the picture. The tomboy world is wonderful, and they don't want to give it up. Also, girls at that age are very much into conformity, peer approval, and social cliques which all conspire to push faddish ways and mores.

It's not really about becoming male, it's about avoiding womanhood. As I said, it's my hunch, not a theory.

    1. I hadn’t thought about that, Forbes, but I do believe that is a strong possibility for some. I wonder about a bitter, man-hating mother, disappointed in her own marriage or other experiences with men, complaining about childbirth and being a mother, and all the rest, molding a daughter into a person who simply wants to opt out of all of it and finds this to be a way to do so.

    2. The zeitgeist tells girls to be more like males, e.g. competitive, aggressive, demanding, and it also tells them that motherhood is drudgery with no rewards. Be independent, get a job, make your own way in life, don't be burdened by the needs of others or be tied down to one man. It's a narcissisms and selfishness that runs counter to girls' instincts leaving them confused.

Most of the messaging comes from the culture, not man-hatting mothers. Daughters still need their fathers, irrespective of the mother's predilections.

    3. "a bitter, man-hating mother, disappointed in her own marriage or other experiences with men", complaining about, among other things, that so many of their (usually few) kids can't stand them.

This, often, stemming either from mama smothering her (usually few) kids, or (alternatively) hugely neglecting them (until the kids embarrass her to others about it).
