A COVID Cure?

What do I know? This sounds interesting, and if you search "budesonide pulmicort covid-19" you'll find lots of results. Check it out:

  1. My understanding was Hydroxychloroquine with zinc is better for the first stage.

And then if it gets into breathing problem stage, something like budesonide helps with the lung issue. What was done instead was put people onto ventilators.

    1. One of my brothers has been inhaling these cortico-steroids for twenty years, so they're well known and any side effects have been worked out.

  2. Get ready to see these pulled from use.

  3. Budesonide is cortisol derivative like dexamethasone, and both work the same way- tamping down auto-immune responses, one of which is inflammation.

I hope it really is as effective as he claims.

  5. Sounds like a remedy for some of the symptoms rather than a cure for the disease.

    1. Obviously I'm not a scientist. However, my understanding is that like most of these drugs that act against the disturbances in the immune system what they do is help the body heal. I suspect that's true of many effective drugs--that they help the body fight an established disease rather than "curing" the disease per se.

    2. These various drugs are useful for their anti-inflammatory properties. (I've been on Pulmicort™ for about 30 years.)

The issue, as I understand it, with CV-19 is that in the severe cases it triggers an excessive immune system response that gets out of control, attacking your own tissues, and not just the virus (the so-called "cytokine storm") -- causing inflammation of respiratory tissues that can kill the patient.)

Thus, anti-inflammatory drugs are useful in staunching the inflammations caused by the over reaction of the immune system to a CV-19 infection. They do nothing to the virus per se, they just keep your own immune system from killing you before your immune system destroys the virus.

    3. Thanks. I wanted to say that, but was afraid I'd get it wrong.

  6. Mark I sent you the link to that Video yesterday, and i can tell from experience, If you have a family member who is 65 or older in your house you should go to a online RX and order this treatment. Covid 19 is just like the Flu without the Flu shot. If you were to dump the Flu in Wuhon China and track it across the world, with no Flu vaccine you would see the identical spread that is happening now. 98% of all nursing homes require a Flu shot to all people including employees, all hospitals require employees to have Flu shot. There are roughly 300 million people in the USA. 100 million get the flew shot. 150 million people in a single year will not catch the Flu. But 50 million will, who don't have the Flu shot. Of that 50 million, 300,000 are 65 or older. 42% of them will died from the Flu or complications of the Flu. Thats 126,000 people. so with no vaccine for Covid 19 we should see somewhere around 280,000 deaths from this Virus in the US. But if the FDA and the CDC stop with all there Bullshit and let the doctors treat people with what is working , we should be able to keep it below 180,000 deaths.

  7. The question sounds way out there, but it is spreading like wild fire. Is Covid 19 a product for population control? There are videos of Dr Fauci saying that in 2020 a virus will spread all over the world. Also there's a video of Bill Gates talking about population control back in 2014 at DAVOS, which he talks about 2020. You tell me ?

    1. Among other things, we need our young people to be meeting, getting married, and starting families. We need to lead human lives. There appear to be people who are opposed to this.

    1. What Fauci is actually saying there is that the Trump administration will be faced with the same challenges (re pandemics) that the previous administrations faced. IOW, pandemics come and go on a regular basis and we should expect to be faced with another one at some point during the Trump administration just in the nature of things.

    2. And I say that as someone who has no use for Fauci.
