this blog develops the idea that a theory of man in history can be worked out around the theme that man's self expression in culture and society is motivated by the desire to find meaning in man's existence. i proceed by summarizing seminal works that provide insights into the dynamics of this process, with the view that the culmination of this exploration was reached with god's self revelation in jesus. i'll hopefully also explore the developments that followed this event.

What he's really lamenting in leftist code talk is a "backlash" against the insidious leftist/socialist incremental imposition of their agenda via gov't-funded and Soros-funded leftist NGOs posing as "human rights" organizations.
Then, in even more disingenuous remarks, he says he "never thought that we would start hearing the terms ‘concentration camps’ again". He must be referring to the "undocumented migrant" holding facilities Obama set up. Funny how they weren't "concentration camps" then. Who tried and failed to plant the phony "concentration camps" talking point? Specifically who is the "we" hearing "concentration camps"?
On the bright side, at least it's a little transparency at the U.N. — you can see right through this bozo.
Whenever these has-been, wannabes show up trumpeting their political pronouncements, you can bet they have a new movie, book, album released or about to be released.

Maybe she should read "Hitler's Willing Executioners" by Daniel Goldhagen. I don't think she has read one book on Hitler. Otherwise how could she be so lacking in comparative analysis abilities?
I'm really torn. I loved Linda's music during her heyday, and had a real crush on her. Of course, that was when I was still a die-hard liberal Democrat, but I still had common sense even then. Now it seems that Trump's magic wand makes all these liberal totalitarians drop their masks and reveal the real hatred and stupidity underneath. Having said all that, I've watched her recent interviews, and it's clear that her Parkinson's has affected her thinking process to some degree. So I'm torn between compassion for her situation and disgust at how one more celebrity is tearing apart our sense of unity as a nation.
