Based on past interviews I've seen with Tony Shaffer (recommended by commenters), Shaffer is truly knowledgeable about the workings of the US intelligence agencies, including the legal structure that governs them. Jack Posobiec did a two part interview with Shaffer, totalling less than that 4 minutes. I don't know how to embed the videos here, but the links are below. The two main topics are: 1) Criminal indictments are coming from the IG investigation, but 2) the IG's FISA report is only the beginning of the larger DoJ investigation--Shaffer says that, given the amount of smoke, there must be a very large fire.
