Smoking Gun Burisma Email Released

There are several places this new release in the Biden Crime Family case can be viewed online. Here's Shipwreckedcrew's article about it. It's all very simple and easy to understand.

The email is from Burisma's Vadym Pozharskyi to Devon Archer--with a copy to Hunter Biden. Pozharskyi makes it crystal clear that Burisma is hiring Archer and Hunter Biden to make the Ukrainian Prosecutor General, Viktor Shokin's, investigation of Burisma go away. Here's SWC's succinct summary, which quotes from the email:

Joe Biden’s visited Ukraine on December 7, 2015, a Monday.  ...

Burisma’s interest could not be more plainly stated.  ...  They wanted meetings/communications with “high-ranking US Officials in Ukraine, and “US publicly or in private communications/comment expressing their “positive opinion” in support of Nikolay/Burisma….” and wanted that made to the highest level of decision-makers in Ukraine — the President, Chief of Staff, and Prosecutor General.

The “ultimate purpose was to close down for any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine.”

...  According to Biden and others who supported the firing, there were no investigations and that’s why the prosecutor needed to be fired.

That was not Burisma’s view, as the email makes clear.  Burisma wanted Shokin’s investigations stopped — and Joe Biden did that on December 7 when he demanded that Shokin be fired.

Remember, that was Biden's famous ultimatum to the Ukrainian government: Fire Shokin or you don't get the $1 billion dollars the US had promised.

Burisma’s attorney, John Buretta, was able to meet with the Prosecutor General who replaced Shokin, and convinced him to drop the investigations of Zlochevskyi by resolving some tax issues.  And with that, Zlochevskyi was able to return to Ukraine in 2018.

It’s great when a plan comes together, AND everyone gets paid — including Hunter and Joe.

And here's the whole email:

Seems pretty straightforward. The ball seems to be in Biden's court now.

  1. Reposting my comment from the other thread in which I posted the link to the SMOKING GUN memo:

Interesting to note the conflict of interest that existed here (probably not a US crime, but possibly a Ukraine crime?) -- Archer and Hunter B had a "consulting deal" with Burisma to help "fix" the legal problems via this PR campaign to rehab Burisma/owner's reputation by getting US officials to burnish Burisima/owner's reputation to Ukraine officials, and get Prosecutor fired, WHILE THEY WERE BOTH ON BURISMA'S BoD, and had a fiduciary duty to its shareholders!

Archer and Hunter Biden can't be BOTH corporate Directors AND CONSULTANTS UNDER CONTRACT WITH THE FIRM FOR WHICH THEY ARE DIRECTORS WITHOUT THERE BEING A CONFLICT OF INTERESTS.

  2. Biden bragging how he forced Ukraine to drop it’s investigation into Burisma and his son.

  3. Yes, that one e-mail sinks every argument Biden and his lackeys have made about the firing of Shokin- just all of them.

  4. My wife listened to the CBS national news at the top of the hour. They mentioned two racoons that had gotten into a bank in SF, but not the smoking gun email.

    1. So only a couple twitter posts by CBS reporters. Interesting that they released an email between Frank Luntz and Hunter. This is a not so gentle reminder to the press that they are in these emails too. Could be some interesting exchanges there as well.

  5. This is all very well & good, but there's one thing that's been bothering me.

Giuliani joined Trump's defense team in 2018, & though he was not a main player in the impeachment defense, he never stopped representing the President.

Based on Giuliani's statements of how long he's had this harddrive, he had access to this smoking gun e-mail during the impeachment trial in the Senate this past January-February. It would have instantly proven that the President's suspicions regarding the firing of Shokin, & his casual mention to it to President Zelensky as something to please check out towards the end of their conversation were totally justified.

This is not only the smoking gun inculpatory document for Biden, it's the actually found the real killer exculpatory evidence for Trump, & we're just finding out about it now...

    1. I think that's how long the FBI had it--or maybe back to December, 2019. But I think Giuliani has only had it for maybe two months or so. Subject to correction.

    2. That's the way I understand it as well. Isaac first contacted Giuliani's office in late July or early August if I remember correctly.

    2. According to Roscoe B. Davis on Twitter, the commission has disallowed any reference to Biden's foreign corruption issues. And they now have a mute button.

  7. Interesting times indeed.

If Trump wins, there is no way Barr can avoid prosecuting these crimes, or for that matter, indefinitely delaying the investigation. That knowledge has to be weighing heavily upon the Bidens and other Deep State conspirators.

Conversely, if Biden wins, there will likely be a special prosecutor appointed and all Hell could break loose if the next president tries to kill the investigation. My guess is that they have already game planned this and Biden will step aside for health reasons during his first year in office. It will then fall to Harris to quell any rebellion and simultaneously beat back potential prosecutions.

Either way, the next few years could be quite a ride.

    1. If Biden wins, They won't have any trouble putting an end to a special counsel investigation. They'll just say the whole thing was a Trump dirty trick and wash their hands of it. The media will ensure it goes quietly.

    2. Yeah, the media will ensure it goes quietly, and the Dem Congress will help gin-up plenty of "scandals" to drown-out any beefs on this (if anyone dares to express such beefs).
Somebody (e.g. Barr) needs to explain at length, just how high the stakes are in this election.

Instead, F. Luntz was on Fox today, urging DJT to concentrate on touting his econ. achievements, over
stressing the magnitude of Biden's criminality.
So, shills for the DS hope to steer DJT from ensuring that voters know of the biggest orgy of subversion etc. in US history.

  9. Does anyone recall Biden's original claim that the prosecutor was corrupt and numerous European countries were aware and also wanted him gone? Then a report somewhere that some European officials said that wasn't true?

    ReplyDelete

    1. Yes; Biden/Dems made all manner of claims about universal international agreement that Shokin wasn't aggressive enough re: Ukraine corruption, but subsequent research claims there were no statement issued by any Euro country re: Shokin being weak on corruption until AFTER Shokin had already been sacked at Biden's demand.

It was all BS genned up by the "Usual Suspects" on the Atlantic Council, likely part and parcel with the Blue Star strategy to smear Shokin and get him fired.

Recall the report about Blue Star people meeting with Shokin's replacement and apologizing for having lied about his predecessor?

    2. Right. As if Biden/Obama cared what the E.U. really thought about its Ukraine policy.

U.S. policy towards the E.U. under Obama was described in the inimitable words of the fair Victoria Nuland, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs under Obama:

      "Fuck the E.U.".
