Cat, Bag ... Out! Plus, Who Lost ... Sweden?

Dr. Robert Malone's twitter feed has become a bit of a go to morning check for Covid commentary and news. There are others, of course, but he retweets lots of good information.

This morning there seems to be almost a theme to most of it--cats getting out the bags they had been kept in. And we all know how hard it is to get cats back into their bags, so that's a good thing.

For example, in his understated way--which requires some reflection--Malone shares a revelation from Dr. Rochelle, who seems to me to not entirely understand what the program is. Otherwise, why would she open this bag full of cats?

Why do I say that items like this require some reflection? Well, ask yourself: Fine, ADE; just because the virus finds a workaround (mutation/variant) for the vax, why should that lead to increased risk of serious illness? Serious illness could lead to death, right?

UPDATED: It Gets Worse

C'mon, guys!

This may be the tweet that seals Zhou's fate.

Eight months and it's legacy time:

What can I say? Ya gotta laugh sometimes when you know it's only going to get worse.

UPDATE 1: Here's one I can answer: Barry is too busy working on the guest list for La Michelle's blow out birthday party at a luxury compound to be determined:

This was kind of a trick tweet, btw. The question has been, Why isn't Zhou talking to world leaders? Get it? Justin Trudeau a world leader? Since when?

Still, why wasn't he talking to Kama Sutra. It just keeps getting worse.

UPDATE 2: This guy counts more than Trudeau--and his point is an important one when it comes to forcing Zhou out. But the Kama Sutra problem remains.

UPDATE 3: This can't go on much longer, after this afternoon's disaster. But ...

Terrified Biden Wanders Around The White House Wondering Where Obama Went

Establishment Wagons Circling? Regime Change Comes To US?

Sundance has a good post up, and you may be able to file it under--What goes around comes around, sub category Regime Change:

Something Sketchy in the Blame Game, Joint Chiefs Chair General Mark Milley, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Pentagon Collectively Throwing Biden Under The Bus

I wouldn't call this exactly sketchy. What it looks like is that the Deep State is trying to come up with an exit plan for Zhou that would allow them to remain in place. Sundance is citing a WSJ article, which means the sourcing is Deep Establishment. Notable for now is that this is the military--the institution most obviously under the gun for the Kabul debacle. We need to watch who else gets on the CYA bandwagon.

Don Surber's latest post gets into this, too. Surber cites a CNN article that appears to be throwing Zhou under the bus--you know that's coming from the top. The NYT is citing Intel sources blaming Zhou, so there's another establishment power base that clearly wants Zhou gone. How long can that go on?

Well, there remains the Kama Sutra problem. That's a BIG problem.

Sundance asks:

Against Every Scientific Principle--But Is Money A Scientific Principle?

Dr. Byram Bridle, a vaccinologist at Guelph University in Ontario, has featured in a number of posts here. Lately he's best known for drawing attention to the Japanese regulatory study that exposed Pfizer's knowledge of the serious nature of possible side effects to its gene therapy injection. Just the other day Laura Ingraham brought Bridle on to respond to the "echo chamber" narrative that "we're experiencing a pandemic of the unvaxxed." Bridle's response was refreshingly forthright. Is bottom line was that this narrative is:

Against Every Scientific Principle That We Understand

That's a remarkable statement given that virtually the entire scientific establishment has coalesced around this latest pro-vax narrative. Well, so have they coalesced around every other narrative that has come from on high, meaning, from Tony Fauci--Mr. Science himself.

The Ingraham interview with Bridle is only 5 minutes long and well worth your time:

Speaking about science, Israel is offering up some interesting data for anyone interested in actual, you know, science. I'm not gonna vouch for all the statements in this article, but it is Science Mag, which is very main stream science. And they're not trying to gloss over anything. First and last paragraphs:

C'mon, Man!

Worth far more than a thousand words:

Supposedly people are seriously talking 25th, but the implications are almost unthinkable for the Dems. Kama Sutra, meanwhile, has cut and run for ... Vietnam? Anywhere else and she might have to take questions from the press, and she's failed at that repeatedly? Dunno if she'll visit Saigon--can't expect her to understand those optics, so it's possible.

What's virtually impossible is to recover from this degree of stupid and incompetent--not when people have started openly laughing at you. There are so many levels of difficulty here. How to get a new VP through the Senate--because that's what you need: a majority from a 50/50 chamber. GOP can just say no--and where's the wiggle room for Schumer without that 51st vote? And of course it's much worse than just that. Kama Sutra's polling is, incredibly, worse than Zhou's: lower than whale sh*t, and deservedly so. If you pull the trigger on the 25th and the GOP balks at confirming a VP, trying a do-over of the 25th may not be possible--even if they dared try. Only 8 months into an illegitimate regime and they're already looking for an escape mechanism? Is time to bring the military back to the Imperial City? I'd like to see Milley strutting around, now, with that rainbow collection of stuff on his chest.

Banana Republic territory. A Rocky Road ahead.

One Is Left Speechless--Thank God For Keyboards!

Where to start? Well, this looks like a good place:

Ask yourself--if you were a "world leader" and an aide said, 'Hey, Zhou's on the line, he wants to talk to you!' how would you react? Wouldn't your first thought be, 'Wait a minute, I'm being pranked. His handlers wouldn't let him phone me direct.'

UPDATED: Can You Grok This?

Reality is delivering hammer blows to the Covid Regime narrative. Yesterday we briefly noted Alex Berenson updating on the situation in Israel. Berenson's conclusion on the data from Israel?

Covid has now reached its Tet moment. Anyone looking hard at the data can see the stark limits of the vaccines. Unfortunately, that group includes very few journalists. Almost no one yesterday pointed out what Bennett was really saying.

And of course our governments appear committed to this course and cannot admit the truth.

What’s going to make them? And how long will it take?

Today, in his understated way, Dr. Robert Malone is on fire. To appreciate what Berenson, yesterday, and Malone, today, are getting at, first check out this retweet:

UPDATED: End Of Empire?

After four years of Trump's heroic--some might say, Quixotic--attempt to return America to the greatness of its founding principles, the ruling elite staged a coup that enabled them to plunge back headfirst into the moral, political, and financial corruption that is the progressive regime. It's been a long time coming. For decades America's status as an empire rather than a constitutional republic was concealed from its citizens, but especially with the end of the Cold War the ride on the slippery slope has accelerated.

The origins of our problems actually pre-date the rise of America as a world power--you can trace those origins certainly to the progressive era that began in the late 19th century when our ruling elite embraced the German ideal of government by science inspired "experts". Anyone with some sense of irony will note the repeated invocation the terms "science" and "experts" in support of our Covid Regime, even as our rulers abandon virtually even the pretense to scientific guidance. We find ourselves in the hands of half educated crackpots, neo-gnostic ideologues, and cynical power and money hungry elites who operate through frontmen.

Emerald Robinson put an important part of the problem we're facing well in her two tweets late yesterday:

The reason that neoliberals are weeping all over Washington today: Afghanistan's fall is not just a crisis in credibility for Biden but for Brookings, for the Council of Foreign Relations, for the entire foreign policy establishment.

The neoliberals are self-aware enough to know that if they failed to plan a basic evacuation from a third world country then nobody really believes that they’re competent leaders of the free world.

ER is focusing on the foreign policy implications of this failure--which is natural, since foreign policy is at the core of running an empire. Ask every president since Clinton.

Nevertheless, the implications are broader. Off the top of my head, here are two:

On the other hand, does self parody count as commentary, or is it a separate category of some sort?

UPDATED: Briefly Noted: Natural Immunity

You may have noticed a flurry of articles recently alleging that Vax immunity is superior to natural immunity. This is likely part of the pro-vax propaganda push. Dr. Robert Malone assembles informed response comments:

Here we're nothing if not fair and balanced, so if you prefer to get your views from sports coaches:

UPDATE: Imagine what Ron Rivera would say about the likes of Alex Berenson. Then again, imagine Berenson caring (h/t Mikeyinfl). Vietnam vets/history buffs are free to weigh in:

It's a good day for Vietnam analogies

Welcome to the Tet Offensive phase of The War on Covid

...

This spring, Israel’s experience seemed to validate the success of the vaccines. Now it’s a cautionary tale, ...

Unfortunately since then the data has gotten much worse.

The number of serious cases has risen almost 30-fold since late June. Roughly 60 percent of those people are fully vaccinated.

Yet the vaccine fanatics refuse to admit the depth of Israeli the crisis. Instead they continue to point out that per-person rates of serious illness are higher in the unvaccinated elderly.

They are correct, but they’re leaving out a key fact. Over 90 percent of Israelis over 70 have been vaccinated, suggesting that many of the remainder have not received vaccinations because they are too frail to do so. ...

Thus the relative numbers matter much less than the absolute numbers and trend. And the absolute trend is awful.

...

The researchers examined Pfizer vaccine-generated antibodies in more than 200 people and found that on average they fell to undetectable levels about 6.5 months after the first shot - or roughly five after they reach full vaccination.

In other words, the Israel failure is happening right on schedule. Vaccine protection lasts months, not years. (Four months, give or take, since protection is limited the first month and likely negative the first week or two.)

Thus Bennett’s desperate call for a third shot. But although the booster does seem to produce new antibodies, neither the Israeli government nor Pfizer nor anyone else can know whether it will reduce infections or deaths, either temporarily or permanently. NO ONE HAS CONDUCTED ANY CLINICAL TRIALS TO DETECT THESE ENDPOINTS OR TO EXAMINE THIRD SHOT SIDE-EFFECTS IN ANY DETAIL. (I looked at this issue last week in a different Substack.)

...

UPDATED: Zhou Owns This

That seems to be the verdict of the MSM--lame excuses won't be acceptable. I remarked to my wife yesterday that some stories are just too big to ignore, and America cutting and running and leaving some behind is one of those stories. Zhou will be consuming large quantities of Rocky Road, whether he likes it or not. Indeed, he's already being forced to return early from his vacay. But, of course, this is really about his handlers and about America's political establishment. But for the political establishment, Trump is president. They know that, and the rest of the country knows it, too. Branding the majority of the country as potential domestic terrorists is revealed as too lame to be tolerated much longer by the evident moral corruption of the establishment--which leads directly to its incompetence.

Karl Denninger has a pithy post on all this today, which he spoils at the end with his stock anti-Trump rhetoric--actually contradicting himself within the span of a few sentences. What I mean is, he admits that staying was no solution, while adding that there's a right way to leave and this was manifestly the wrong way. But then he has to add:

PS: Don't forget who set the original we're leaving timetable over in Afghanistan.

That's just stupid. This is not on Trump because Trump didn't get the chance to do it the right way. Abandoning imperial ambitions to concentrate on MAGA was unquestionably the right thing to do.

Ouch! And Don't Expect This To End Soon

I know--there's lots more of this out there. This also has ramifications for the GOP in 2024.
