Things Fall Apart?

We saw how the Second Faux Impeachment quickly fell apart, but even so the Dem's laughable insurrection narrative continues to grind on--undergirded by a massively corrupt FBI and DoJ. However, even as the the FBI continues to conduct grotesquely overwrought "operations" supported by armored vehicles, against women and children, to arrest persons whose only apparent offense is to have been in the Imperial City on the Potomac on January 6, or to have spoken to fellow citizens, even liberal judges have been pushing back against these abuses.

One particularly egregious example of over the top federal behavior was documented yesterday at TGP:

Joshua James is a war hero, a veteran, a Godly man, a provider, and a business owner. Joshua James DID NOT commit any violent crime. He attended the January 6th speech by President Trump at the Ellipse along with a million other Americans.  He volunteered to work security with other members of the Oath Keepers.

The FBI is holding him until trial because he was seen speaking with two other members of the Oath Keepers that day.

James was lured away from his home and then arrested--follow the link for details. Then, the FBI showed up to search his home, where only his wife and 3 year old were present when this rolled up:

Be Very Afraid

So says, in effect, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). They want you to be very afraid of your fellow Americans, any number of whom DHS suspects may be domestic terrorists. Even though DHS admits that "DHS does not have any information to indicate a specific, credible plot."

DHS Issues a National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS) Bulletin

WASHINGTON – The Acting Secretary of Homeland Security has issued a National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS) Bulletin today after consultation with the intelligence community and law enforcement partners. There is currently a heightened threat environment across the United States that is likely to persist over the coming weeks. DHS does not have any information to indicate a specific, credible plot; however, violent riots have continued in recent days and we remain concerned that individuals frustrated with the exercise of governmental authority and the presidential transition, as well as other perceived grievances and ideological causes fueled by false narratives, could continue to mobilize a broad range of ideologically-motivated actors to incite or commit violence.

Now, I ask you: Are you aware of "violent riots [that] have continued in recent days"? I am. I know that violent riots have continued to occur in Portland and Seattle and a few other places. To my knowledge, every single one of these were Leftist--basically, Antifa--incited. 

Next question: Does Antifa fit the profile above? Individuals frustrated with the ... presidential transition? I've certainly never heard that that was part of Antifa ideology. Why then are we being warned about people who perceive a grievance related to the "presidential transition"?

As for DHS' consultation with "the intelligence community and law enforcement partners" I'm guessing that if you substitute "FBI" for that phrase it'll be close enough for government work.

In the meantime stay alert. Be very afraid. And don't hold your breath waiting for "any information to indicate a specific, credible plot."

Is It Time For A Drone Strike On Mar-a-Lago?

That's the interesting question that lefty loon has been talking up this week--two days in a row. Her concept seems to be, Hey, we won the election so why not?

On Thursday Wallace brought on ex-FBI wack job Clint Watts.  "According to Watts's bio, he's 'a national security contributor for NBC News and MSNBC.'" Get a load of this:
