Our Rulers Whoop It Up With Their Boot On Our Necks

The Daily Mail (UK) has the best coverage of our rulers celebrating ... themselves! What else did you expect? The corruption is on full display--the ostentatious wealth gained, how? Ah, yes. Book deals, movie deals. Payoff laundering.

Personally, corruption aside, I find them deplorably shallow. The politicians celebrity-mongering, the celebrities power-mongering. Living by their own rules, imposing different rules on us in the underclass.

On a very much related note, this brief video speaks volumes for anyone who knows just a little about who Bill Gates is. I assume he thinks of Trump voters as being deplorables living off social security--unlike his close friends like Jeffrey Epstein. He seems to get real pleasure at fantasizing over crushing such people, who dare to resist his will:

This is America.

It Begins

Impeachment 2.0:

Pelosi creates new House committee with subpoena power for coronavirus oversight
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced Thursday she's creating a new House committee to oversee the coronavirus response that will have subpoena power to seek information from the Trump administration.
"It would have subpoena power that’s for sure. It's no use having a committee unless you have subpoena power," Pelosi, D-Calif., said Thursday during a teleconference call with reporters. "And we would hope that there would be cooperation because this is not a kind of an investigation of the administration it's about the whole [response]."
Rep. James Clyburn, D-S.C., will chair the House Select Committee on the Coronavirus Crisis. ...
..., Pelosi said this committee is designed to address the "here and now" -- specifically concerning the allocation of the historic amount of federal funds directed to economic recovery.
Pelosi compared the new committee to the Senate bipartisan committee chaired by then-Sen. Harry Truman in 1941 to investigate waste, fraud and abuse in defense spending in the early days of World War II.
"With over $2 trillion in emergency relief, we need to ensure those dollars are spent carefully and effectively," Pelosi said of the massive stimulus bill Congress already passed to address the coronavirus pandemic.
...
"The committee will be empowered to examine all aspects of the federal response to coronavirus, and to assure that the taxpayers' dollars are being wisely and efficiently spent to save lives, deliver relief and benefit our economy," she said.

You don't think Pelosi and the Dems want to help Trump's management of the crisis do you? Me neither. They'll be aiming for another impeachment, unless polling convinces them--one hundred percent--that Trump will lose in November.

Clyburn will be the face of this effort because a key goal will be to convince Black Americans that the vast improvements we all experienced under the Trump economy--in which they participated greatly--were never meant for them. The disproportionate deaths of Black Americans from Covid19, which we're already seeing, they will be told, is not the result of diet related health issues--obesity, diabetes, hypertension, etc. No, it will be the result of a racist healthcare system that cares only about preserving white privilege. The Dems are desperate to get ALL Black Americans back on the Liberal plantation.

This is it. The masters of the Globalist Power Elite are desperate to stop Trump. Money will be no object in this effort.

Full Spectrum Operations in the Homeland--Cool!

I've just finished a four part series on the Patrick Deneen's book Why Liberalism Failed. A key part of Deneen's presentation is the ironic way in which liberalism, by espousing total liberty for the individual, actually paves the way for a vastly expanded and authoritarian state apparatus:

Liberalism reconceives liberty as the opposite of this older conception. It is understood to be the greatest possible freedom from external constraints, including customary norms. The only limitation on liberty, in this view, should be duly enacted laws consistent with maintaining order of otherwise unfettered individuals. Liberalism thus disassembles a world of custom and replaces it with promulgated law. Ironically, as behavior becomes unregulated in the social sphere, the state must be constantly enlarged through an expansion of lawmaking and regulatory activities. "The Empire of Liberty" expands apace with an ever-enlarging sphere of state control.

Deneen seems to envision a sort of "soft" totalitarianism. However, we've also noted the FBI's recent claim that vaguely identified "conspiracy theories" are breeding grounds for domestic terror. The FBI report is notable for identifying virtually any "antigovernment" ideas--including "belief in a deep state" and ideas that fall outside "official" explanations--as potentially terroristic. The FBI report is thinly reasoned; it's main point appears to be a thinly disguised attack on the Trump demographic. While actual authorities were quick to debunk the FBI report (follow the link, above), it's important to note that this report was not written in a vacuum. Nor has it just been filed away. The FBI is, in fact, seeking greatly enhanced surveillance powers.

Today, Angelo Codevilla notes similar reports (The White Supremacy Hoax) that have been appearing in recent years, all warning about "white supremacists" and advocating the use of the US military--that's right!--against the threat. It's important to be aware of this context as we listen to the enormously increased chatter about the supposed threat of "white supremacists." Incredibly, one of the authors of such articles was featured very recently in the "mainstream conservative" WSJ:
