Here are a few quick links to get started today.
Last week Merck publicized the effectiveness of its experimental anti-viral drug, molnupiravir, against Covid: Merck says study shows COVID-19 drug causes quick reduction in virus. The trials are set to be completed in May, at which time this at-home treatment could be put on the market.
Today Eli Lilly is reporting excellent success with its own "drug combo" treatment: Eli Lilly COVID-19 drug combo cuts risk of hospitalizations, deaths by 87%. It's also reported to be effective against the dread The Variants:
Dr. Daniel Skovronsky, Lilly's chief scientific officer and president of Lilly Research Laboratories, said in a news release posted Wednesday. "These compelling data ... give healthcare providers additional information regarding the use of bamlanivimab and etesevimab together as a potentially life-saving treatment to help those most at risk for severe complications of COVID-19."
Skovronsky added that the results show the drugs remain effective despite the recent concerning variants, "particularly" those coursing throughout the U.S.
IMO, this is what we need--not vaxxing.
Yesterday The Federalist ran a story about one of the radical Zhou Baiden regime's nominees for the top "civil rights" position at DoJ--Kristen Clarke. Clarke is the person who, in her college days (1994), subscribed to the theory that black people had “greater mental, physical and spiritual abilities” because of their melanin.
1994 was a long time ago, but the Jussie Smollett hoax was not a long time ago: it was a hot MSM hoax during 2019-2020. The Federalist has a sampling of Clarke's tweets regarding that case, and those tweets would presumably relate very directly to the attitude she would bring to her enforcement of "civil rights" should she be confirmed: Biden’s Pick For Civil Rights Head Peddled The Jussie Smollett Hate Crime Hoax.
Samples from her tweets, which Clarke published in the heat of the hoax:
“Jussie Smollett subjected to a racist and homophobic attack.
2 white men wearing ski masks attacked him, put a rope around his neck, and poured bleach on him and as they yelled slurs.
Prayers to @JussieSmollett for a speedy recovery from this hate crime,”
“To be clear — This is a BAD move by the Chicago Police Department. This is NOT how you treat survivors of a hate crime. Stop demonizing survivors and casting doubt on their claims if you want communities to trust that you will take #HateCrime seriously. @StopHateProj,”
“Prosecutors use their discretion every day.
But when a duly elected Black prosecutor, Kim Foxx [Soros], uses her discretion to move on from the Jussie Smolett [sic] matter, it’s a different story. A special prosecutor is brought in to undermine her power.”
This is all very obviously part of the extreme Left concept of "social justice"--as opposed to actual justice--according to which the truth of the narrative is what matters. As measured by the narrative's rootedness in Left ideology. Never doubt the hoax accuser. Never question or undermine "the power" of "duly elected" Leftists. I luv that use of "power." Note--not legitimacy or authority. Power.
Finally, here's a lengthy analysis and ranking relative tax burdens by State: States with the Highest & Lowest Tax Rates. Of course, taxes are only one part of relative affordability.
Mark, I agree 100% on the covid treatments and not the experimental gene therapy injection (I refuse to use the v word to describe what Pfizer, Moderna and J&J have rolled out).
ReplyDeleteLong time lurker. Thank you Mark for your perspicacious comments - much appreciated and enjoyed. Re: COVID and prophylactics/treatments, I submit the following: https://www.bitchute.com/video/nQgq0BxXfZ4f/
ReplyDeleteWhat is suggested in the video would be my preferred approach, although drugs (as you have noted above) would still be much preferable to "gene therapy."
MEDICAL SHOCKER: Scientists at Sloan Kettering discover mRNA inactivates tumor-suppressing proteins, meaning it can promote cancer
ReplyDeletehttps://www.afinalwarning.com/500036.html
I heard a molecular biologist (Dr. Judy Mikovits) stated something similar during an interview on Mercola. Link below.

Caveat. This is speculative as regards the Covid gene therapies--but it may raise questions about long term side effects. From mskcc.org:
DeleteResearchers at the Sloan Kettering Institute have found that changes in an information-carrying molecule called messenger RNA can inactivate tumor-suppressing proteins and thereby promote cancer. The findings pinpoint previously unknown drivers of the disease. It’s important to note that mRNAs are a normal component of all cells and the specific ones discussed here are not involved in mRNA-based vaccines, like the one developed against SARS-CoV-2.
