Let's go:
That would definitely be a clue. And in addition to those 17K+ voters, he found an additional nearly 58K voters who voted in counties other than the one where their listed address is located. And of that 58K 75% did NOT vote in person. What a surprise! And as for the 17K+ batch, these were to non-military addresses and 89% were over the age of 25--so presumably not students.
I'm including this link because it highlights what others have suggested was a regular technique for transferring votes to Biden more or less 'under the radar': awarding votes to Libertarian loser Jo Jorgenson and then siphoning all or almost all of those votes off to Biden.
This final link includes a really very good video presentation that was featured at the hearings in AZ.
The title is, of course, self explanatory, but Waldron gives a very articulate explanation of it all. He also talks about the overall almost total lack of security when these Dominion machines are connected to the internet. Which they were--that's how Waldron was able to confirm the traffic between Dominion and Frankfurt.
Now, commenters have been wondering about what in the world has been going on down in Georgia with Sidney Powell's case--back and forth orders re freezing and unfreezing Dominion machines, and then finally freezing them in three counties. You can get a thorough rundown on it all from Shipwreckedcrew here:
However, if you're looking for the short version of the legal strategy that Powell is following, it comes in the final paragraphs. As SWC notes, this is all relatively typical of what goes on when attorneys are seeking temporary restraining orders (TROs):
Questions were asked last night on Twitter when the latest events happened why only the three counties, and why Fulton County was not included. My guess is that the Plaintiffs are only seeking to preserve enough evidence to make their case and that the three counties singled out were the ones where the expert forensic analysis has shown the most questionable instances of activity on November 3 and 4 while the election results were being tallied through the Dominion system. Not only do they want to inspect any data that remains on the machines, I expect that the experts will use the machines to demonstrate how they believe the vote totals were altered in ways that were not apparent or easily detectable by audit given the architecture of the software. If they can convince Judge Batten that they are likely to prevail on the merits of their fraud claim at trial, that would — for the most part — justify the entry of a preliminary injunction preventing Georgia from naming Electors for Joe Biden.
Correction needed: over the age of 25 and likely not college students
ReplyDeletein your text it states: under the age of 25 etc.
Thanks. Fixed.
DeleteI am beginning to think Trump's team has made a strategic error in going to courts. I think a better strategy would have been to go immediately to the state legislatures 4 weeks ago and convince the Republican majorities to order the secretaries of state to conduct full audits of the signature matching process along with fully monitored hand recounts of all ballots. It would have been far harder for anti-Trump Republican legislators to refuse to do that- right now, it is unlikely that Trump will convince more than 1/4 of the Republican legislators to vote for resolutions appointing competing slates of electors. Sure, the Democrats would have run immediately to court to stop such audits, but then it would also make it harder on the judges to rule against such measures. Right now, Trump is in the position of trying to convince courts to toss out election results- a much more difficult thing to do than to argue that legislature ordered audits are completely appropriate and constitutional. In short, Trump's lawyers have staked out the most difficult path available to contest this election. They needed to think outside the box more.
ReplyDeleteFor his folks to go immediately to the state legislatures 4 weeks ago, and convince the Republican majorities to order the secretaries of state to conduct full audits, would've likely been, I suspect, a tough sell then (w/o compelling evidence, which, to our knowledge, was not yet available).
DeleteBut, I'll grant you that, were DJT to have assumed that such evidence wouldn't become available, your proposal makes sense.
I'll guess that DJT expected that such evidence would become available.
And, that this way, he outed certain folks to show their hands (as Biden suck-ups) who may've otherwise laid low.
I agree that that would likely have been a hard sell.
DeleteBest if evidence can first be submitted to a court and a verdict or order obtained. Much harder then for a legislature to ignore and gives the legislature more than a fig leaf to decide for Trump.
DeleteI understand your logic in the shorter path because the legislative bodies are technically the end all to election issues.
DeleteThey however have no compelling reason to do anything... PA got a pretty good dose of the fraud in the hearing they had and the leadership choose to allow the session to expire, close up shop and head home for the holidays.
Getting them back into office would be an act of god at this point because of the necessary steps.
Arizona saw a very compelling pile of evidence today as well. They are in secession, however I would faint if they lift a finger. They want no part of doing he right thing.
Some if not many ballot signatures were immediately destroyed as evidence.
Delete"89% were under the age of 25--so presumably not students."
ReplyDeleteMaybe you mean "89% were OVER the age of 25", or "presumably WERE students"?
And that should read over the age of 25, not under to make any sense at all.
ReplyDeleteThe "75% voted absentee" was the sort of thing Braynard discussed in regards to the voters who used only P.O boxes as their registration addresses illegally- Braynard pointed out that almost 100% of such voters voted absentee, and he wasn't just looking at people who requested absentee ballots- he was looking at both kinds of voters.

DeleteJust read that Arizona's Secretary of State certified the election for Biden, even after the testimony given today. That leaves it up to the Arizona legislature to right the wrong.

The SoS in AZ is a hard left Soros one.
DeleteYou know how in every scary movie, the monster or killer or evil entity is somehow far less scary once you actually see it?
DeleteIf you look at what Soros' 'foundations' are actually doing - not just in the US - but in Europe and in Asia, they (and he) are a cancer that has metastasized to our collective societies.
The movie 'Resident Evil' comes to mind.
I'm a reasonably intelligent person, but I cannot for the life of me figure out why Soros and his minion, those who are bent on destroying Western Civilization (literally) have avoided indictments and long prison sentences, or haven't otherwise been forcibly, and violently excised from our midst.
You don't even have to dig to find his fingerprints alllll over some of the worst 'happenstances' in the last 15 years; from his bankrolling Hillary and Obama (and all the objective frauds they foisted on America), to his funding of attacks on the US Supreme Court nominee processes, to his buying of local level prosecuting attorny's (Kim Gardner) to his direct, patent involvement in causing one of the worst humanitarian crises in the past 50 years in Europe...and these are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
He has made his billions by incitement and the wrecking of societies and economies, and the lives of an untold numbers of human beings. He's DIRECTLY caused unimaginable misery of millions on this planet & that's not hyperbole.
He's not some hidden scary monster like in the movies. We know him. We know what he does, and how he does it and who he does it with.
How he or any of his people are allowed to carry on - now literally out of the shadows - shows just how deep and wide the corruption is across this planet.
And when he's laid to rest, the US and many countries in Europe should make it an international f***g holiday.
I feel we are witnessing once again Trump's uncanny ability to draw the enemy out from the shadows. As bleak as it seems, I also have the impression that the seemingly "audacious" moves of the coup plotters only seem audacious because thanks to Trump we are paying much closer attention to them. How much did we notice the knee-capping Romney most assuredly got? How much did we care? Trump fights and they revile him for it.

DeleteI assume you pose that as a rhetorical question that you can't figure out how Soros has gotten away with his many years of crimes.
But for anyone else who may not see the obvious, let's just point out that Soros gets away with it all for the same reason that Obama got away his crimes, why the whole rotten mess that's being exposed now has gone on and on: because it benefits the people who are part of the Mob.
That's the point of the global order or Great Reset if you prefer. The Mob members have unimaginable wealth and power, at the expense of the rest of us. The CCP showed the West just how profitable it can be to run a country as one big Mob enterprise, controlled by a relatively few families. The Clintons and Bidens and Obamas and Zuckerbergs and Soroses all want in on that racket regardless of the price paid by you and me.
Look at everything you think you know about the last 30 years at least and get very cynical. We've been played. And we've been rudely awakened with the house burning down around us. I pray it's not too late.
@Mark - for sure thats the upside: Trump has absolutely ripped the cover off of the flobal corruptocracy. If you go back and listen his speech in 2016 primary, the "machine" is exactly as he claimed it to be.
Delete@Tschifty - it was rhetorical but 100% agree with you.

Delete"I feel we are witnessing once again Trump's uncanny ability to draw the enemy out from the shadows."
Totally agree.
In many respects he is clumsy and inarticulate. He definitely has flaws. He is imperfect. The Dems love to portray him as a clown.
But he is a master at getting to the truth. And quite often it is a truth upon which the future of this country depends. Upon which the future of our children and grandchildren depend.
Who'd have thought when he came down the golden escalator?
In his closing remarks at the Arizona legislators’ hearing in Phoenix yesterday (with Rudy and Jenna), chairman Mark Finchem said he would be calling for a special session of the state legislature to consider what they had heard. He and the other members of the hearing panel were gobsmacked at what they heard during this long hearing which presented reports from expert witnesses, mathematicians, data specialists and citizen poll observers. It was beyond impressive. And painful.

ReplyDeleteAs a current resident of Georgia, I question why those three counties were selected as well. I believe most of the fraud occurred in Fulton and Dekalb counties. But, of course, the evil minions in these counties already have wiped the evidence from their voting machines. Atlantans are experienced cheaters. They’ve hated that rural Georgia kept the state out of their total political control. They finally found the solution—just use cheating machines.
ReplyDeleteI agree -- wiped, like with a cloth, was probably done a while back. But that would leave evidence.
DeleteAnd there goes Pennsylvania...
ReplyDeletehttps://www.washingtonexaminer.com/politics/pennsylvania-house-gop-leaders-lawmakers-wont-meet-again-this-year
“ The Republican leaders of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives announced late Saturday that they will not be returning to session this year, a move that would appear to preclude any possibility of lawmakers interceding in the 2020 election.”
Granted, this about normal stuff, but it’s a sign of capitulation, in my view. My view has always been that far too many of the GOP have no belly, no fire to fight. Many of the GOP have come around, but not enough, it appears.
Surprised not surprised.
