More Losing: Biden Won't Release List Of SCOTUS Contenders

Ha ha! That was a bit of clickbait. You thought I'd be quoting Biden, but you shoulda known better--he's been incommunicado for what seems like days, now. Instead, it's nameless Dems who are refusing to release that list. Zerohedge covers it here--Biden Refuses To Release List Of Supreme Court Contenders:

Biden is reportedly refusing to release a list of potential nominees, should he ever get the opportunity to fill the vacancy left by the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Get that? It's a report. Dementia Joe has had any good enough days recently that would allow him to appear in public and attempt to read from a teleprompter.

While Biden himself was silent publicly, his campaign was laying plans to shift the focus of the looming Supreme Court nomination fight toward a referendum on the Affordable Care Act, according to his advisers. The high court is scheduled to hear the fate of Obamacare after the election.

In other words, Biden is simply a puppet of "his campaign." Whatever that means.

Shift the focus to a referendum on the ACA? Are you kidding me? Or, rather, Who does "his campaign" think they're kidding? That's a total loser as a campaign. Yes, people care about health care, but that's not gonna be the big issue of this campaign. The big issue won't even be the SCOTUS, because aged Senate Dems savaging accomplished, youngish, conservative women judges is another losing proposition.

The real issue will end up being Joe Biden's dementia. And that will be one more in a series of losers.

  1. A little surprised if their plan is to focus on ACA. While it has plenty of gotchas and tugging at heart strings, I feel like it dissipates what paths to victory they might have.

IMO, their best bet would be to basically ignore the nominee (lest they show an American electorate thats actually paying attention this time what cretins they are) and make it a referendum on Mitch. He is ubiquitously an unlikable character by both left and much of the right for being the quintessential swamp creature. Their best chance is to aim for the Senate on November 3, and they have the eyes of the world focused on the national race anyway, so the fraud and billions pouring into such titan races as Gardner/Hickenlooper or Bullock/Daines would be met with shoulder shrugs.

If the DNC take it, then even a Trump win and a seated justice will result in complete deadlock for another 2 years.

    1. Something that isn't considered by many in discussing this is that the vast majority, and I'm thinking for this election it may be as much as 75%, mark straight party ballots. Not sure how this will play out with ballot harvesting/counting delays/ballot litigation/etc. but it will definitely play a part in filling congressional seats as well as the Presidency.

  2. More Losing: Biden's Handlers Won't Release List Of SCOTUS Contenders

    Fixed it.
Really don't know why the Regular Loser Party isn't using the gift Joe and Kamala (did I pronounce that correctly?) presented them with. Every time the ostensible Demer Rouge administration is referred to it should be as the Harris or Harris/Biden admin. Really, what a gift squandered.

In other news there is this:
    https://townhall.com/columnists/wayneallynroot/2020/09/20/get-ready-for-president-kamala-harris-and-vice-president-nancy-pelosi-n2576500

Prediction: Should the Harris/Biden ticket prevail Joe will serve as the shill Prez until Jan. 21 2023, at which time Prez Harris will take over overtly and have another 10 years, as per 22nd A., of uninterrupted rule with both Pelosi and Warren getting turns as VP, permitting them to queen over the Senate. Dr. Jill I think will accept this deal for she gets her dream of being First Lady for a whole 730 days (it's either that or she gets maybe a month). Win-win, except for old Joe; but he'll probably never know the difference anyway. He'll dodder on for 4 or 5 years and then get shoved in a hole with a "public expense" marker.

  3. The real issue will end up being Joe Biden's dementia, + riots/ "racism", lockdowns, (+ Durham busts?).

    1. I stand corrected. Or maybe we could amalgamate it all under one heading: Dem Dementia.

    1. Biden won't know who his potential nominees are until he reads them on the teleprompter.

  5. More potential losing, according to Nate Silver:

The Senate’s Rural Skew Makes It Very Hard For Democrats To Win The Supreme Court

    He details that here:

    1. Right. It's called the Constitution. The Founders had a plan.

  6. Someone might inform Biden's handlers that the referendum on the ACA was already held--in 2016: Trump won.
