Worst Possible Choice Of A Lawyer For A Whistleblower

A correspondent whom I'll call Incognito Emailer sent me a link to an article by John Kiriakou, a CIA whistleblower, as it happens. This is Kiriakou:

John Kiriakou is a former CIA counterterrorism officer and a former senior investigator with the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. John became the sixth whistleblower indicted by the Obama administration under the Espionage Act—a law designed to punish spies. He served 23 months in prison as a result of his attempts to oppose the Bush administration’s torture program.

Kiriakou writes at Consortium News regarding the RumorBlower's choice of legal representation--Mark Zaid: What was this CIA Officer Thinking? Money quote:

"Zaid is literally the worst possible choice for any whistleblower in national security ... impulsive, unnecessarily confrontational and untrustworthy."

That sounds promising.
